TJ Maxx

This is a brand, spanking new location down off Cottman Ave. I didn’t even know it was there until walking out behind Toys R Us. When I went to go check in, no one made a listing for it yet! The building houses TJ Maxx, as well as a Bob’s Furniture Store. Upon walking in, you go right up the escalator, being the TJ Maxx is on the second floor. (If you need the elevator, walk around the escalator.) You can absolutely tell that this store is new. It is extremely up to date and very clean. I was impressed and quite jealous that it wasn’t closer to home. I did a lot of looking around and if I had the money to spend, it would have been spent. They had crazy good selections with EVERY section in there. There were a ton of people working, stocking and cleaning up. I ended up walking out with a few things for dirt low prices. I love stores like this, so I’m always happy.
I don’t know how long it’ll stay this way. I know keeping stores like this together/​organized is extremely hard. I was watching so many people tear it apart like barbarians, I felt bad for the employees.
If I’m ever in the area, I’ll absolutely return. I might even go just for that store, which is crazy… because I really don’t like Northeast Philly. =D
