I order from this place fairly regularly and their service is never perfect, but normally the order is right so I live with the idiots who take the order and the delivery boys who don’t speak a lick of english. Today I put in an order for my usual, and confirmed the order with the person taking it. Low and behold my order arrives. It is wrong, no condiments and just general lack of care. I call back to complain up the issues and they tell me they are will send out a delivery boy with condiments, but won’t be fixing the order since they didn’t charge me. Okay, I get it you didn’t charge me. I am happy to pay the difference just fix the order, again, they weren’t willing to do so. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. If you are sending him out to give me condiments anyway, how hard is to fix the damn order??? jesus, I wanted what I wanted which is why I ordered it, I wish you guys took credit for delivery because I would reverse the charge immediately over this BS. This is not the place to do delivery business with. Good food, but shitty customer service.

The food is decent, but the girls behind the counter have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are rude and the experience is horrendous. Just a piece of advice, girls behind the counter… Don’t be so ghetto!

I work around the corner. The service here is great. The food is tasty, but the attitude of the workers there are not so friendly.

Good food and service. Try them out. I’ve never been disappointed. Reasonably priced and serve breakfast all day I believe.

Ended up reviewing the wrong restaurant(similar name) but can’t delete my review for some reason.

As mentioned food is great! Hot and tasty on a consistent basis. However, wait staff is sorely lacking. As a result I either pickup or have my food delivered. I am particularly fond of their omelets.

First time dining in here. It was a busy day and I enjoyed the relaxed environment. Unlike traditional sit and take your order experience, you take one of their take out menus and order directly at the counter. We sat ourselves and the waitresses serves the food to you as it is finished, nice and hot! The waitresses here are polite and efficient at what they do and made our visit enjoyable. We ordered chicken teriyaki with shrimp which came one a cast iron plate piping hot and it was amazing! Will be back for that again and the portion was generous. We had the tuna melt which was great and fresh and at last we had scramble eggs with sausage links and home fries. All yummy and all hot when they arrive to our table. This place is great when you need a quick bite and a casual lunch date. Will be back soon !

Had breakfast here for the first time in a long time. The pancakes are still very good and so are the potatos. I do, however, see what people mean about the rude service. While not directed at me personally, I detected a nonchalant attitude from one of the owners. A customer complained to her that there was not enough meat on her cheesesteak, and that she wanted her money back. The owner told her she would only give her HALF of her money back, because she ate HALF of her sandwich. From my vantage point, I could clearly see the girl had only taken one bite out of it. Most places would just offer a total refund or make her something else to eat and apologize. i don’t like the way that was handled at all. What followed was an unnecessary argument that could have been avoided if the owner had just tried harder to accommodate the customer. It’s little things like this that makes the difference between a dissatisfied customer and a returning one.

It takes alot to get me mad, and Trios did it. Ill never again eat from this poorly ran place of buisness. They all need to learn some respect and how to talk to there customers. I’ll be taking my money somewhere else.

Went here after a long morning full of BS. I went in the place smelled awesome, the menu was extensive with an array of foods, not just breakfast! I tried to order. There was one person taking orders over the phone, one person ringing people up. and one girl who literally just stood there and stared at me… after about 3 minutes the girl who was on the phone taking orders noticed me and asked me if she could help me. at this point the one who stood there doing nothing decided to also ask me if I needed help. needless to say I then ignored her and responded to the one who wasn’t super rude! The food came out super quick. and ended up being DELICIOUS! and I don’t even really like breakfast food which means it had to be great! I definitely want to come here again. but that service may really make me rethink it if it’s the same way when I go back.

No stars for the rude service in this restaurant. The young lady that answers the phone, treat the customers as if they did something wrong for calling to place an order. This is something that continues to happen at this restaurant. I will never recommend this place to anyone, unless u don’t mind being disrespected while spending your money.

So, it’s 2:00 in the afternoon and you’re in the mood for pancakes, home fries, grits and sausage, but where to go? Have no fear– Trio is the answer! Trio looks and is small, but has great staff, huge personality and a big menu. Their breakfast foods are outstanding– i especially recommend their homemade grits and home fries– and their lunches are filling and good. If you eat-in they will actually serve you at the table, and will be right on top of things(*almost* hovering, but not quite, thank goodness) My notables: their chicken«fingers» are actually hand-breaded tenders of real chicken(you know– lumpy, misshapen, and oh so delicious). Their fries are those awful battered kind, but for some reason they still taste good!(maybe it’s because they keep their oil so clean?) Their cheesesteaks are large and heavy. Their 3 pancakes, meat, home fries and eggs breakfast platter is only $ 5.75 and worth every penny. The food comes out fast and PIPING hot, so if you’re not careful, you usually end up looking and sounding like an idiot as you try to squelch the 5 alarm fire ignited in your mouth and throat at the first bite… So, even though Trio may not look especially impressive or enticing, trust me: it’s worth the trip.

Really nice, friendly little spot with amazingly cheap, large breakfasts. And they deliver? Sign me up for more! Great grits.

Trio is a new Breakfast/Lunch spot located in Germantown at the busy intersection of Wayne & Chelten Ave. There are 5 different bus lines congregating at these 2 streets and it’s usually very busy here. Trio is a small place with seating for about 12 — 15 people, but it has a huge menu. They serve all the usual Breakfast items including Belgian Waffles, Fish & Grits, Breakfast Sandwiches and Omelets. The Lunch menu is even bigger with Cheese steaks and Wraps, Wings, Salads, Teriyaki, Fish Hoagies, and even some Korean dishes like Bulgogi and Kalbi Ribs. I went there for breakfast one morning and I strolled up to the counter where a very polite young lady asked me what I would like. I ordered 2 Eggs over medium with Salmon Patties and Grits with butter, Toast and Coffee. It came to $ 5.45 and she said to take a seat and she will bring it to me. An alarm immediately went off in my mind hoping that I wouldn’t be siting there eating out of a takeout container. Happily I was served with real china and cutlery. The food was decent and filling and I can’t wait to come back and try the Kalbi Ribs. They better have some Kim Chee!
