Front desk lady was nice. She went over the different deals they have going on. Even calculated a rough estimate of what I would be spending for the lenses. Unfortunately, my insurance only covered the exam and they weren’t answering. Luckily the exam itself was cheap. It’s a pretty busy Visionworks. You have to have an appointment and more than likely when you call you won’t be getting an appointment right away. The eye doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our eyewear technician Rob (idk the exact title) he was very nice and recommended some lenses and other possibilities for the prescription. Overall, we had a great experience at this establishment and would recommend it. We took advantage of the buy one, get one free promotion. Great deal! They also have a buy one frame plus the lenses for 40% from what the front lady mentioned. I would definitely call. Ask questions about the cost of exams and what’s the current promotion. You would be getting a better deal than even using your own insurance.
