Had one of the worst breakfast sandwich ever, the bagel with chicken & egg. The chicken was so over cooked it was like a slice of a shoe. I’ve had this exact sandwich at the Easton location and it was good. This location has a knack for cranking out terrible meals. I think they even knew their sandwiches sucked. Didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t take the survey. Won’t be back.

We LOVE Chick-​fil-​a hence why we stopped to eat here while traveling. The atmosphere among the staff was not the typical quality. The entire time I was in there, all they talked about were everyone’s breaks. I dont know if the entire staff took a break at once because the majority of the tables were not clean, the trash cans were over flowing, and the bathrooms were dirty. Each time I approached the counter once because I never got my iced coffee and once to get a refill, I was never acknowledged. I had to get their attention each time. I have eaten at MANY chick-fil-a’s at their busiest times. It was 3 pm when we came and not that busy. I don’t write reviews just to complain. I write this because I don’t want this restaurant to represent a brand I really care about because our experience was not the chick-​fil-​a quality we usually brag about.

I was surprised how cortous the staff is at this particular location. The bathroom is very nice and clean. Excellent service.

I’ve never had one bad meal here. The best fast food chicken sandwich you can buy! The meat is «real», not that overly-​processed rubbery crap you’ll find elsewhere. Love it!

Love Chick filet but service at this one was not very friendly, polite, or helpful. She did not uphold the Chick filet values.

I’ve been going to this location for about a year, 2 — 3 times a week. Their chicken wrap is a very healthy alternative to other fast foods. But, unfortunately this will come to an end.
I was told today, because I ask for my wrap, to not be cut, that it takes up to much of their time, (3 customers in the store, 2 cars in drive thru) and they will no longer be able to do this. I guess the economy is doing better than we thought.
I’m sure, I can find a local deli that would be more than happy, to take my $ 38.00 a week.
One star. The wraps good? But not worth being lectured over. You’re a food chain, get real.

I love Chick-​fil-​A and so happy they opened one here. The location is clean and service is excellent. Sometimes the drive through wait is a bit long but the workers are so courteous that I can’t get mad. There has been several times I felt the workers went above and beyond. Kudos to their management staff for hiring and training a good team.

Nice addition to the burg! Choices are limited because my significant other is gluten free so we usually stick to the salads and fries! The grilled chicken is delicious and they don’t skimp on how much they give you, it’s a nice sized portion. What will keep me coming back is that the staff pays attention and they are all friendly! Drive through moves quickly as well!

Service is impeccable, when I go in I am treated like I was family. Free coffee in the month of February !. I am a vegetarian so choices are limited for me. I love the waffle fries– I think they make them fresh for each guest. Ketchup comes in nice little tubs that make it easy to dip fries into. Ice cream though was a disappointment –icy bits in the mix, not a creamy feel or taste. Hash browns were good, but I prefer Burger King’s. I ordered a cookie and it arrived warm– a bit too warm and promptly crumpled into a greasy mess. Would have been better if it was served slightly cooler. Overall the limited selection of vegetarian choices is the reason for a low rating. The customer service is the best in the industry — they even blow Starbucks and Panera away with their seemingly genuine smiles and manners. Fries are cheaper than the new McD and BK prices (at least for the regular (not value) sized menu).

Food is great, no one would say otherwise of this restaurant however breakfast service atrocious. Employee approached register and just stood there disgruntled, no hello or how are you. After order was placed took 20 minutes to get our food. My disdain for our visit lies with employees bad attitude and slow service. Three other families came in while we waited for our food and all left without placing orders due to speed of service.

So chick-​fil-​a is chick-​fil-​a… It’s a chain restaurant and most of the time it’s the same product. However this place consistently out performs other locations.
The sandwiches here are always served piping hot, the fries are crisp, and the nuggets are crunchy and delicious which is a huge plus when it comes to a chain. More importantly the customer service is through the roof! Let me give you a rundown of my stop in with my family tonight:
1. The cashier greeted us warmly with a smile politely took our order.
2. Once we sat down another server came by and asked us of we needed anything (which we didn’t) and offered us purell wipes for our hands (which she was doing for every table).
3. They brought our food over to our table (A lot chick-fil-a’s do this, but it’s still great from a fast food joint)
4. Someone came by and offered to refill our drinks for us.
Seriously?!? This is the level of service from a chain fast food joint… Incredible.
Bravo to the owner, managers, and staff for getting this place headed in the right direction!

food was OK. I think it is too pricey for what it is and would rather eat McDs. Waffles fries I think I got like 8 and got a side of coleslaw that was about a tablespoon worth.

First time having Chick-​Fil-​A and I have to say wow!
compared to other fast food chairs Chick-​Fil-​A is amazing. The food tastes good, and the customer service is amazing. The workers are so nice and always have a smile on. The restaurant was very clean, even the bathroom was extremely clean. I also love how they have special door handles so you don’t have to use your hands to open up the door!

This is not a negative review of Chick — Fil A as a whole but this location. I came in today first time with another Mom who was visibly pregnant and our two 6 year old daughters. We ordered chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches separately upon receiving order no one verified our receipts when my friend took out her food contents she noticed that her daughter received grilled chicken my friend went to change to fried nuggets and they proceeded to check order screen to say that it what we asked for. After a few minutes they finally gave her the friend chicken nuggets. The polite thing to do was give her the darn new fried chicken nuggets but they continued to insist we were wrong. All food was sub par like old chicken that was refried a couple of times over. The nuggets my daughter received picture enclosed was 3 pc of bread crumbs with no chicken inside. Very bad customer service. I will stick to Paramus Park Mall location.

This is my go to place for a healthy meal, try the grilled chicken sandwich with fat free honey mustard you will not be disappointed tastes great for around 400 calories !

New. Large size version of the restaurant. Almost over the top level of service. Play place in this location. Right next to the Phillipsburg Mall … and if you weren’t already going there … and you probably weren’t as it appears to be a fairly, uh, quiet shopping center … at least you have the shinny new Chick-​Fil-​A to bring you out here.

This is one of the largest Chick Fil-​A locations I’ve been to. It’s located right on a main road, and has both a complicated drive-​thru, as well as a playplace area for the kids.
Service was great as usual, and it was here that I got to try the Chick Fil-​A sauce.
Just wish it were closer to NYC!
