Maybe it’s not as good as it use to be, but most of the foods are amazing. The dilemma is very expensive, and some of the young employees working there are rude

Food is always good and made right. Staff is always pleasant and they are always busy! Much better than some of the other quick options around PBurg.

Well. I ordered the Fugi apple salad and I swear it had bleu cheese crumbles in it. I HATE all things bleu cheese. I expected Gorganzola(sp?) crumbles but not bleu cheese. I know some think the two taste similar however I am not of that opinion. Perhaps next time I will just opt for no crumbles at all. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Nice & comfy on a cooler night.

A great stop today. The food at Panera is always a favorite of mine and there was no disappointment with food here. The star is the staff. What wonderful knowledgable people they have working there. I am sure I will stop in here often in the next few years.

What’s not to like about Panera, good coffee, healthy food options, quick and friendly service. However at this location you have to watch closely to make sure your foo-foo coffee really is made with skim, sugar-free etc etc and not the first thing the baristas grabs. Also make sure they fill your cup, they sometimes leave about an inch free at the top — drives my wife nuts when she’s just paid about $ 4 for it !

Good Panera overall! I stopped in here recently for dinner after a lengthy day hike in PA and it did not disappoint. Employees were efficient and courteous from start to finish. Despite the sizable crowd, the folks manning the register were very friendly and fielded orders as quickly as I have seen at any Panera location. My meal was similarly prepared in a timely manner and my rumbling stomach was much indebted! While I found my order(chicken tortellini alfredo) a bit on the salty side, I think this was more due to the nature of my dish rather than to anything location-specific. It was decent overall, though I am not sure I would order it again. Restaurant was well-maintained and tables were cleaner than you usually find at a Panera. Despite the number of patrons eating at the time I visited, the atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, which was to my liking. All things considered, Panera of Phillipsburg is a great location in a very nice area of New Jersey! Quite easily accessible from I-78 as well: just take the first exit after crossing into New Jersey and follow US-22 west to the Phillipsburg mall. I would definitely consider returning the next time I find myself in the area looking for food.

The children’s grilled cheese was burnt on one side and placed better side up in the container. This happened twice. Had to cut around it leaving little left to eat. Booo

I love Panera. The Greek salad is delicous and my husband loves the panini’s. The service is quick but it is definitely a busy location. Thankfully you can call ahead and take it to go. The soups are delicious as well and they have different seasonal varieties.

I’d say this is a busy, but slightly above average Panera. It is always packed between 12 and 12:45 during the work week — The service is quick, but you might have trouble finding a table. During the summer there is outdoor seating, but the store sits in the middle of a parking lot so its hot and loud. Free WiFi.

Usually I love Panera but the staff was rude and my sandwich was soggy and disappointing. BOO.

We eat here often because it is close to many of the Easton bike trails — we tend to have lunch before we take an afternoon ride, and then cross the Delaware via the no-toll bridge. This is a better than average Panera with a large clean dining room and always-clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly, quick and attentive, and the food has always been fresh tasting, even the pre-made panini-type sandwiches, which I tend to favor. Unlike some examples of Panera’s, the salads have never been given to us with wilted lettuce, another big plus. In better weather, there is a large sunny outdoor dining patio, nicely landscaped. Most times you don’t even notice the road noise.
