2nd Wind Exercise

I went to 2^nd Wind Exercise on a whim a few weeks ago because I have been looking for an elliptical for years. However, I simply could not make the time to research the machines and the prices and then go out and purchase one. I didn’t want to deal with pushy sales people or a bunch of schmoozing. When In entered 2^nd Wind, it was just pure happenstance, as my car was getting fixed next door. I was simply looking around when David K., the salesperson, began assisting me. He was very knowledgeable, but more so… he was honest and direct. He didn’t try to upsell me and he didn’t try to push me. I told him I would think about it and he was diligent about staying in contact with me, without being a pushy or obnoxious salesperson. He was friendly and helpful, but more importantly, he was very sincere and honest.
The prices are very competitive there and the machines are superior. They sell both new and used. However, in addition to affordability, I just think the customer service was superior. David consistently remained in contact with me and continued to call me to make the sale. Now, I do NOT like pushy people and even though he would call me, he had a demeanor about him that was so NOT pushy. He stayed on top of me because he knew that it was something that I wanted but was so busy that it was hard to make time to actually just pull the trigger. He even did research for me and sent me websites of machines to show me the price was competitive. That is actually really important with someone like me, who gets busy with work and forgets to tend to her own personal matters.
When I finally decided to purchase the elliptical, he even offered to come to my home, personally, and assist me with moving things around to make room for the equipment. What is more amazing is that he actually followed through with it! He actually did come to my house, on a Sunday, and helped me move furniture around for an hour. I mean, who does that??? No one. I can’t say enough good things about this place and David K. If I ever buy another piece of exercise equipment, I will go there.
Further, David K., made it so easy with me and my schedule and facilitated everything for me so that I didn’t have to take much time out of my day to make sure that everything was done properly.
I just received my elliptical today and it is amazing. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place. The prices are competitive, but the service was simply top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.
