On Tuesday 4/​14, I received a call from one of their technicians that he was on his way to my residence and that if no one was home when he arrived I would need to call his office-​company, A Quality Electric, to reschedule.
At 10:50am I still had not received a visit from the technician and called and left him a voicemail. I also called A Quality Electric and left a voicemail there and have yet to receive a call back from either.
I made arrangements with my job to be home on Tuesday and I did not get the scheduled visit or call back!
This is very bad customer service and I will not recommend this vendor to any of my friends that own homes or friends that are property managers or realtors. Very disappointing.
