Amazing! I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare in my new house, and with recent appliance purchases, and K2 came to my rescue! I called and within the hour, James was at my house (on a Saturday no less) and was very polite and knowledgeable. He had no problem explain everything he was doing, and made me feel very comfortable. Just like that he had the problem fixed.
