What can I say about him… Bless his hands and bless his family. He is GREAT! He knew what to say, had a sense of humor through the hard times, and reasonable. Has compassion. Cant thank him enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would give 15. LOL Thanks!!!

I’ve had a chance to visit 2 locations. Overall, great experience at both and a few things I’ve learned.
1. I don’t like holding (who does) so I am able to make my appointments online.
2. This office has free k-​cups and a pleasant waiting area.
3. They had chocolate on my way out (a nice perk)
4. The elevators are slow and it’s faster to take the stairs to the 2^nd floor.
I am a female, and prefer to have a pelvic exam by a female. They were very accommodating and had a female Physician Assistant complete the pelvic portion of my exam. I recommend other females do this if you are not comfortable with a male Urologist. It definitely put me at ease. I didn’t realize all of the options I had to treat my issue. After kids, bladder issues are not something I expected to deal with, but happy to say, I have significantly improved thanks to Dr. Jaffee!
