Today was my first workout. I had no idea what to expect. This class exceeded all expectations!!! I can see myself getting addicted and this is the kind of addiction I need! As a newbie I was impressed with introduction to technique the instructor gave me. As a chiropractor myself, this is very important to me. The class was fun. The people in the class were fun. I can’t wait to go back!

The first time I’ve looked forward to going to the gym every day! Women here are inspirational and wonderful. This is more a community of bad-ass ladies than just a gym. These women will check up on you if you miss class, and support you as you get stronger! Love it here. FYI-ownership has changed since the negative reviews below.

I’ve been going here for about a week now and completely love it. Ive lost 80 lbs and figured that the non-routine lazy trips to the gym were just not enough anymore. I needed someone who could lead me through exercises and give me the push that i needed. When i found Ahwatukee CrossFit I joined because its a WOMENSONLY group. I was so nervous feeling out of shape and still overweight. I expected the women to be all elite athletes but when i arrived… i found it was women of all athletic abilities(of course i was the most out of shape in my class). I am the slowest runner, the girl that cant lift as much, the girl who can hold her planking position for more than 20 seconds… but the great part is… i don’t care anymore. I pick myself up and keep going… and the other women cheer you to the finish. Being new. it was nice to know that the trainer was always there to show me the correct positions/and try out different weights. Of course safety is #1 and they make sure that you are doing everything correctly to avoid injury. There’s something about working out with such a positive group of women that really takes the pressure off. I feel like I am dying after every work out but its this community of women that inspire me to come back. I cant wait for my next work out and I am excited to feel stronger, look better and most importantly feel better! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Maybe ill provide an update in a few months :)

I love Ahwatukee CrossFit! Great ladies-only, supportive atmosphere and you are guaranteed a great workout everytime. The coaches are all super nice and knowledgeable, they push you just the right amount and really work to make sure you always have good form so you don’t risk injury. Like most CrossFit locations, they have a three week introductory class you can take so you can be integrated into how these types of workouts are performed and what moves/exercises you will be exposed to on a regular basis, and they always make sure you have your form down before introducing weights. I highly recommend that if you are a lady looking to get in really good shape really quick(provided you are dedicated) then join Ahwatukee CrossFit!

My first negative review for anyone anywhere. My mom always told me if you cannot say something nice, do not say anything. Rebecca P., the owner, just told my wife that Crossfit was not for her after three classes. And basically told her to go elsewhere. My wife has knee issues, which made her stop running and was why she was trying something else. Nothing like a trainer trying to work with a customer! I am shocked at the attitude and arrogance.

I love this place!!! Every time I go I know I am going to get an amazing work out. It has replaced my boring olé time at the gym. Not only do the workouts deliver results but the all trainers are knowledgeable, fun, and high-energy. I actually look forward to working out!

I LOVE this place. I have been taking classes just over a month and I am so impressed. The owner has been teaching the majority of the classes I attend and she always provides great guidance. She also pushes you to your limit without going overboard. I have tried a variety of bootcamp style classes, ymca, etc and this one seems to provide great results. It is a commitment BUT you do get results if you put your effort into it. She also is great about proper form and encouragement. I did a bootcamp class before this where two friends hurt their knees due to bad form because the instructor wasn’t correcting them. Anyways, I would recommend just trying a class.
