Purchased my finances engagement ring from David in December of 2014. There were some initial issues with the way the ring was made, and because of it a diamond fell out (it was a special order, made by a jewelry casting company out of state). However, David stood behind the product he sold, had the ring completely remade by a different casting company free of charge, and it is a great looking ring that we are both very happy with!
I also sold David a small coin collection not too long before that. It was a mix of silver dollars and other assorted coins. He paid a very fair price for them, on the spot, completely hassle free.

I took some of my silver jewelry there for resizing and cleaning and I am sorry I did.
My beautiful Pierre Cardin ring has more scratches after they resized and «polished» it than before it was resized. They never even bothered to put it in a cleaning solution and get the CZ stones sparkling again. Not to mention than when they resized it, they completely removed the Rhodium plating, and they never bothered to tell me that before I left the ring with them! Now it looks like a cheap ring, when before it was the quality of a Tiffany’s sterling silver ring.
My other ring that needed resizing and polishing I asked for a satin finish. They overlooked the satin finish part and had to do it on the spot, which did not result in a quality job.
They also do not make most of their jewelry in house, but they order it. Be careful.
I will not take my business there again.

Wow, All I can say is WOW! master creations created my fiancé’s engagement ring, and did so with care and unmatched quality. The best part about the experience, was the time i spent with the husband and wife duo, chatting about events of the day and Ahwatukee life, me being a new resident of.
I cannot praise them enough for their service and commitment to excellence in all that they do. They will be my Jeweler from now now, and will continue to earn my praise, confidence and as mush business as i can send their way.
