I hate to be a five star tramp but there are a few businesses I am overly positive on and for a reason.
When I first got to Scottsdale, in 2012 I needed a plumber. I called around on a Saturday night and finally got someone to come out against his will. He arrived and proceeded to rake me good, walking away 2 hours later with $ 650 while I did most of the work!
When I found Mario and AIMPro my life got better. No matter the day or time, Mario will treat me right. He is kind to a fault. He always examines all your situation and advises on any possible upcoming expenses. Like my water heater that he told me is going to go any month now. I’m saving for it.
Air conditioning? Heating? Plumbing? Only one person I call and that’s Mario.
Recently my mom’s home flooded due to shoddy plumbermanship (okay I made that up). Mario had decided to get away with his family BUT he gave his phone to Tom and within an hour on a Sunday night Tom was out and fixed the problem.
3 years ago I had some bids for two new HVAC systems because mine were 20+ years old. I got the usual suspects who quoted me around the $ 25,000 range via their sales team. Mario came out and talked with me, asked some questions and called his distributor to see what specials he might have. A few minutes later I got 2 Trane units that were last year’s units at about half the cost and 5 times more efficient than the ones I had. That plus new manifolds because mine didn’t meet code and a new jump duct plus his guys covered all and vacuumed before they left all for about $ 14,000 which included tax!
It’s nice now that I have a short list of people I trust to do me right when I need them. Mario is tops. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Give him a call. Whether he comes out or his brother Ben or his friend Tom or his other guys, you’ll be pleased.
Put his number where you can find it when you have an emergency!
Oh yes and when I needed an electrician, I asked Mario and he had someone call me and whoosh it was done.
Mario is my one stop shop for anything home wise that I need.
