Let me start off by saying I am a huge Allen Edmonds fan. They make the best shoes. I started with the classic shoes for wearing with suits. I started expanding into their casual shoes and boots. All have been outstanding! Now for the this particular store. Great location… inside of the Biltmore Fashion Park. Nice large store, with a huge selection. I dealt with Tom(store manager) and he was great! Very knowledgeable, very personable and was very sincere on helping us have a great shopping experience. Presented me with multiple options for belts I was looking for. I had an exchange, which was a Christmas present, no hassle at all. I looked at a pair of boots I had seen in the catalog. I did not like them when I saw them in person. Tom had me try on a new style of boots and they were exactly what I was looking for. After suggesting I try them on… no pressure from him at all. When I didn’t say I was going to buy them immediately, he was simply going to put them on my account to keep in mind for a future day. I loved the boots so much, I had to buy them. Normally, I am a fan of online shopping… usually more convenient. But with this store being in Phoenix, and the positives of a great manager and being able to see the products… try them on… etc. I have found my new shoe home. Thanks Tom and Allen Edmonds!

Walked into the empty store where there were three employees working and only one greeted us. When customer service is everything this store is nothing! Wish I would have gotten their names.

Allen Edmunds makes some of the best shoes money can buy, and they’re even better when they are on sale! When I worked back east, Johnson & Murphy was de rigueur in the office. But once I was out of that time zone, I saw a lot more of Allen Edmunds and to a lesser extent, the former Nike brand Cole Haan. It might also be that Allen Edmunds was a Midwest company and I was working in Chicago. But make no mistake, the quality of their shoes are outstanding. One of the advantage to this location, is Allen Edmunds reconditioning program. I’ve used it before, and have shoes shipped back to the factory. It’s something I would recommend every two years or so. BTW, if you ever find yourself up in Milwaukee, or on your way to Door County, it’s well worth the visit to Outlet in Port Washington, WI. In the meantime, being on their email list isn’t bad. You get alerts to their up coming sales and new shoe offerings. As I said in the begin, these are great shoes and even better when they are in sale. LOL Enjoy!
