I received some spectacular customer service from the Optical Shop of Aspen. I purchased a pair of Oliver Peoples from the now closed location in Boston. Unfortunately, my sunglasses had a manufacturer defect and broke. They were only a few months old and since the shop in Boston (where I live) closed, I was worried I was out of luck. I called this location on a whim and John was so accommodating. He was able to look up my file in their database and said that if I sent my glasses to the store, he would replace them. Joyce took care of shipping them back to me. She called to let me know the status and left me a sweet note in the box. I was without my sunglasses for just a week. John and Joyce really went above and beyond in this situation.

While at the Biltmore shopping center I had stopped in to the Optical Shop of Aspen to look around. While I was looking around, they had offered to do a complementary adjustment on my Oakleys. So I took them up on it sense I was planning to go to the driving range anyways. While I was there I decided to pick up a pair of Oliver Peoples for my wife. As I was checking out the Gentleman through in a box of golf balls that, according to him were left overs from a previous promotion. Assume service, good selection. I will be going back when I need another pair of glasses.

Great frames. Nice store to visit if you want the highest quality glasses. I will continue shopping here for a long time to come.

Sales folks are pushy and not helpful. If you want to be up sold on frames they get a higher commission on, then go here. I prefer the optical shop aspen at Scottsdale Fashion Square because of the helpful team there alone. More so, the store has a bigger selection in fashion square.
