Anthony James HVAC is outstanding. They are professional, courteous, and perform quality work. They installed (2) 3 ton Trane XL16c and (1) 2 ton XL14c packaged heat pumps. They (4 brothers) arrived on time. Had the old units removed and new ones installed in 5 hours. This included pulling new thermostat wires for the new smart thermostats, installing much improved intake vents. They also programed the 3 thermostats, connecting to wifi and setting up the heat/​cool schedules. The price was very competitive, matching a large corporate HVAC companies bid. Anthony is the best and I HIGHLY recommend them.

After securing 5 inspections and quotes to replace our 2 unit system we selected Anthony James. Their plan to correct duct work deficiencies and suggest the best suited replacement furnaces, coils and ac condensers was spot on. Their work was professionally done and they were very respectful and friendly. They took the time to explain every aspect of the proposed work and equipment. We highly recommend this local family owned and operated company.

ok im not sure what is going on but they wont return my calls. im tryng to give them business. i want to think there not getting my calls. but i really dont want to start over tring to find another company. ill write again in a few days. in the mean time im freezing and getting sicker. im already long tern ill. and i told them that.
ok update they called me and as soon as rain lets up they will recheck my issue. thnks i just suggest if there are emergancys. communication is a must. i want to work these guys. they seem like good people.
OK THESE GUYS WHEN WAY BEYOND GOOD SERVIE. DISPITE A GLITCH IN COMMUICATION. they got my heater running. very nice job josh. i think i spelt it wrong sorry. he totally explained everything. he even relized the company that sold me the unit accuptem stay away from them at all cost. or it will cost you thousands possibly. sold me a unit two years older them i was not told. i accually have a 12yr old unit not a 10 years. he snaped the plate to show me. how awsome. i will be feeling safe now being in my conditon w health issues that i will be warm /​cool this year… blessings to your team…

Anthony and Josh are great. They gave me prices that beat all the competition and were incredibility polite and honest. I’ve used Anthony James air conditioning for over 8 years and now my entire family uses them. they have constantly gone out of there way to keep my entire Arizona family air conditionings running efficiently and reliably. As a real estate agent, investor and property manager, I have used Anthony James Air Condition for hundreds of service calls. Very honest and dependable. I have used them for simple routine spring check ups to whole new systems. Their pricing is honest and don’t charge for unnecessary work. On the big jobs where I need multiple quotes for clients, they have often come in thousands less than the highest quote. They have also saved my clients and I a lot of money by covering work and/​or parts under warranty when I was not even aware the unit still had any warranty.
Over the years, I often changed up vendors that I use, but not with my A/​C service. I can highly recommend and you don’t have to fear being ripped off.

Here is my update about Anthony. He pays his rent early. He always texts me when he deposits the rent check. He is always polite. He did have some loud music that a neighbor complained about, along with a few other things, but I assume they were addressed as I have not heard anything further.
I really appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. Not only would I rent to him, if I ever needed his professional services, I would not hesitate to use him. He just has been that responsible and on top of it.
