Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning

I have used these guys for years. Their work is fantastic. I have always appreciated them taking time to explain the details of what they are doing and helping me understand how to maintain my carpet between cleanings. Lately, I have been dealing with Jonathan who seems to be working overtime to make sure all his clients are happy.
Their skill set is so versatile. You need work done at your home? Call these guys.

At one point we loved using Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning. The staff was nice, friendly and always showed a willingness to help! We had one technician come out (i do not remember his name) who did an AMAZING JOB!!! He got all the stains out and actually took his time cleaning. Jerimiah, the owner, is amazing!!! So understanding and so nice. He never charged us for the times John had to go back and clean his mess.
Now the reason I am only giving 2 stars is because of a technician named JOHN. The first time he came out he was trying to over charge us and up charge us at the same time. Then he didn’t even do a good job because the stains resurfaced (even stains that were not there before). When we called and spoke to the manager he said he would send him out again to fix it. So John came out and John was still complaining about the carpet and again the stains resurfaced in a matter of days. We did not want to feel like we were being a burden so we did not call again.
After that we let a few months pass and we were hoping to call to get a different technician (ANYBODY WOULD BE BETTER THAN JOHN) but when he showed up we were disappointed. He started with the complaining and he made it seem like all he wanted to do was «knock this out» and leave. It took him 25 min and he did such a bad job. All he could say was that he was happy he was done and complained about the «old» carpet. Low and behold the carpet looked bad after a couple of days.
We decided not to deal with him anymore until we moved out. We called and asked for someone other than him but he was the only one available. So he showed up complaining about having to be there and about how much he hated the carpet. The last time he goes and he burnt the carpet! We called to complain and they sent him out again to fix it. John’s exact words were «I am not coming back here again. I’m serious I am not coming back here again!». Of course he did a horrible job yet again. We went with a new company and they did the job with no complaints and without the stains resurfacing!

They LIE in the ad they send out in the mail…5 rooms for $ 40.00 LIE!!! LIE! LIE!
They showed up and wanted to charge $ 350.00
When we said NO they charged us $ 15.00 cancel fee
I knew they would try to up sale and I was willing but not to $ 350.00???
CRAZY…DON’T buy into the BS
the flyer in the mail packs that go to every mail box… There’s is a SCAM!!!
There is plenty of competition out there and great carpet cleaners… stay clear of this ONE!!!
