Customer service was great! Manager Kerry was very helpful and courteous. I was with Armour Self Storage for 5 years and I never had a bad experience. I will defintely always recommend Armour Self Storage to my family and friends for their storage needs. Thanx again for the excellent customer service and keep up the good work!

Gone downhill lately. Hours are much more limited than before, and the new staff is not as helpful. A lot of the customers are homeless people, and they are not nice to them. They are people and paying customers. Place used to be cleaner too. I’m switching to the competition. I miss the old manager — the black guy. He was awesome. They don’t go the extra mile anymore like he did.
