I recently had tiles installed from this vendor. The service representative was entirely unaccommodating and unprofessional. He refused to execute the work in the manner agreed upon.
When I questioned his team of laborers about the nature of unwanted changes to the tile pattern, he responded by calling me and threatening to halt work halfway through the project — his tone was extremely combative, disrespectful and threatening.
I chose to have them complete the project rather than have a torn up, half complete floor. When complete, the work was very poorly executed — broken tiles, irregular patterns and generally sloppy work. Additionally, he demanded I pay by check despite a clearly defined clause in our contract that I pay by credit card.
I would never recommend this team to anyone.

Bought carpet here a few months ago and stopped by to get a cleaning referral because my dog… we’ll you know. They were very helpful with both the referral and instructions in the meantime. I have been very pressed with their pricing, service and help, especially After the sale.
