Awesome Cleaners is one of the few business that I can safely say lives up to its name. Located off the Camelback Corridor, on 7th Avenue, Awesome Cleaners really does take customer service to heart. I had changed dry cleaners from Park Avenue on Indian School to Awesome Cleaners, mainly because they were closer to my home and because I wanted to find a cleaner who would take care of the buttons on my dress shirts(Park Avenue did not). Not only have they kept my buttons intact(a big deal to me), but they go the extra mile in providing really great customer service. Leslie works at the front, and I’m telling you, she seems to have a photographic memory. She started remembering my name by the first or second visit, and consistently brings me my bagged and dry cleaned clothes as I am walking in the door to pick them up! Is that a sixth sense or what? Awesome also has a drop off program, where you can give them your credit card information, and they take care of the rest. I have to admit, even though I was uncomfortable with that at first, they have proven to me that the service is more beneficial than I thought. It’s a real help in the morning. Lastly, Awesome just got in a seamstress, which is helpful to know. I buy clothes on consignment, which sometimes need alterations, so it’s great to know I can get a one-stop shop at Awesome. Thanks, guys. It’s great to know good customer service hasn’t gone the way of the Dodo in Phoenix.
