Promenade Cleaners

They never give me next day service even when I go in at 7am, i still have to wait 2 days for laundered shirts — workers not so friendly.
They do not automatically replace missing buttons or mend.

I would not recomment this dry cleaners. Let me tell you why…
Firstly they are double the price of other dry cleaners in the same area (5.50 per item compard to 2.50 for other cleaners). I put two of my husbands suits in for dry cleaning on the Wed, as he needed them for a week long conference out of state starting Monday. I thought paying extra for a service would guarantee they were the best in the area…
Picked them up Friday eve, and discovered one pair of pants were so badly pressed, lots wrinkles from where the material was not flat. There were so many they would have failed not to notice them, which only leads me to the conclusion, someone just didn’t care!
These things happen, but the response was unbeliebale. We called Friday eve, was assured the manager would call us back. No call. Sat morning we called again. The manager does not work at the weekends and nothing could be done until Monday, particularly as the presses do not work at the weekends? If we could get another dry cleaners to press them correctly, they MAY parefund us for their service. May…
No one could do this at such short notice and my husband now has to purchase a new suit.
The response from this cleaners was really can’t be bothered. I will not be using them again
