Peggy corrected my issues with this company and restored my faith in people. Though I am unlikely to bond anyone out again I appreciate that she went out of her way to fix the issues.

I attended this place to get help on getting a bond. I had to leave 20% of the bond in cash. I was told the process would take 24 hours. A week went by and they had not resolved anything. I called every day and I was always told that the bond would be posted that day and to call back later. Finally after a week they told me that they did not approve the bond and to go and get my 20% back. When I went to pick it up, the manager told me I could not have my 20% back until he called the IRS and reported me, because he felt that I was trying to scam the IRS out of their tax money. He wanted to hold my money for 2 weeks. He said «it’s in our policy to report suspicions money to the IRS», I asked him to show me a copy of the policy and he refused. He said «I am the manager, what a say goes, there is no need for a policy». Not only did Bail Bonds USA lied to me every time I called, they also said I was an illegal, and I was trying to rob the United States out of their tax money.

Horrible customer service! Called to post a bail, and was asked a couple questions, and when i answered the questions he replies well why did you wait so long and why did you wait til 12am to call? SO RUDE! THANK GOD THEY’RE NOT THE ONLY BAIL BONDS OFFICE IN ARIZONA. I’m SURE HE DIDN’T THINK OF THAT BEFORE BEING A RUDE JERK.
