They charged me a bill that wasn’t authorized. They did not get prior authorization from my insurance company like they were supposed to. They sent the bill to my insurance company but the insurance company would not pay it since there was no prior authorization so then they sent the bill to me. I have already disputed the charge on the phone in which the individual told me the charge would be removed. I requested to have confirmation of that in writing be sent to me but I never got any confirmation in the mail. At this point I had already talked to my insurance company and they stated that I am not responsible for this charge. Then they sent another bill to me in the mail so I sent them a letter disputing the charge. I received no response for this letter either. I just checked today and the charge is STILL on my account! I know they received the letter because I sent it by certified mail yet the charge is still there. This is ridiculous. They didn’t do what they were supposed to do so they need to take responsibility and waive the charge.
