It took a while to get the service up to par but it is guided by Chris Bianco… who takes exceptional pride in everything he creates. So take advantage of the opportunity… the food is uniquely prepared and outstanding !!! One of the few places in the valley .I recommend without qualifying. Just go !!!

Great spiedini, delicious pies and cool ambience. Limited menu but you are there for the pizza. It’s awesome! We had the wiseguy, the margherita and sonnyboy. All fantastic. I recommend the wiseguy.

Went here based on its reputation & found it to be remarkably average. I will return for another try, there’s no way the pizza I had is what everyone has been raving about all these years. Again, based on reputation.

Pizza was cold and our reservation was totally screwed up! Friend’s birthday and seats reserved months in advance but they turned away half our party! This place is a joke! If you want real pizza in the valley, go to Pomo. As a Naples vet, that place is legit and has service that would make the ritz blush. Bianco rests in its plastic laurels and should wake the eff up

Came in on a Monday and it was pretty busy. I look young and the waitress treated me like a kid who wouldn’t tip… Spent 80 $ that night on me and my date and the service was crap. Will not come back! I still left a 16 $ tip but the waitress was horrible. Please work on your customer service… Then maybe I will come back. The lady waitress on Monday 7⁄15 @8 pm was horrible. Un-tentative and presumptuous towards the guest! I was a server And know good service. This was not good service

I visited the location downtown(heritage square) a few years ago but we decided to try out the Camelback location today. We ordered the wiseguy(fennel sausage) and the one with the peppered salami. It was lunchtime on a weekday, so it was not crowded. Service was good, pizza was a was average. We each ordered a pizza, which was too much food. We could have split one and been just as happy. Our bill, including tax and tip, was $ 52. That’s quite a bit for two pizzas(we only had water to drink). Good, yes, but if we go back, we’ll split one next time. It was good, just nit the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Not to be confused with Pizzeria Bianco at 4743 N 20th St, the Town and Country mall in Phoenix. There is no Scottsdale location! Follow the web link and get the correct address, you won’t regret it! 602−368−3273

Extraordinary pizza. Fresh flavors. Lightning fast service. Helpful. And the pizza: seriously good. Ambiance a bit loud for me but for most folks just fine.

I don’t understand what all the hype is about this place. I had heard about it, and the insane wait time to get in, then saw they had 1200+ reviews for the downtown location. We were headed to Cibo downtown, but decided to give Bianco a shot since it was closer, and being a Tuesday, I figured there wouldn’t be a long wait. Well, we were promptly greeted and sat, which was nice. Our service was average, nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about either. The food on the other hand, was awful. We split 2 pizzas, the sonny boy and the wiseguy, and we had the proscuitto wrapped fontina cheese. The pizzas were mediocre at best. The pizzas were soggy in the center, and the toppings weren’t anything crazy either. I will say the proscuitto wrapped cheese was pretty good. Not $ 10 good, but good. Our total bill was $ 75 for 2 small pizzas an app, and 2 glasses of wine. Seemed a little steep for what it was. At the end of the day, this wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but I would never wait for this pizza, or pay for it again. Try cibo or lgo instead, much better.

Cute little joint wedged inside a strip mall. Was visiting here from NYC for a conference with a bunch of coworkers, had heard about this place and wanted to check it out. Being from NYC we all had ridiculously high standards when it comes to pizza. We were not disappointed. We tried the biancoverde and sausage pizzas. Great smoky woodsy crust and very simple and delicious toppings. Highly recommend.

just order one of every pizza. best way to handle it. you probably want to go with a group big enough to eat all that pizza, but they’re so damn good you won’t have trouble…

I’ve always heard that this place was good but I never been. Now there is one by my house and decided to stop by for lunch. I had the pappadelle with bolognese and I would easily recommend the dish to anyone, simply delicious

This is a famous place for locals and visitors to greater Phoenix area. There are three locations to choose from(although one of them is in Tucson). One of them I visited, I love the atmosphere of restaurant and it’s friendly staff. However, I was not impressed with a greeter(person who allocates seats for you). If you like thin crust and wood-fired pizzas, perhaps, this is one of «THE» places in the states. One of their signature pizzas is «Rosa» which has Pistachios(unusual but great!). * Service: Average(you might experience slow service during busy time) * Price: reasonable — Even though this is a famous place and has long wait time during busy hours and weekends, they offer reasonable price for their menu * Atmosphere: Average(dark and noise and some people may or may not like) * Food Quality: For the price and service, it is good and delicious! * Parking: The location that I visited has plenty of parking lot but the original location has limited parking lot(both of them are free of charge) * Recommendation: Of course, their pizzas

first time visit so called ahead and when the gal said the reservations were booked for Sunday @6 but they leave plenty for walkins, we left to head over with a short drive. we parked over by Nordstrom Rack, walked thru to the center, and got our table immediately with great service the whole time. for the four of us, we ordered the Brussels sprout salad and two different pizzas and with bread that was a good amount for the group. the Brussels sprout salad was tasty and healthy but the pizzas were fab! each for $ 18 for a not large pizza. we got the wise guy with delicious spicy fennel sausage and the bianco verde add mushrooms. the parm and ricotta had such good flavor paired with the arugla — we devoured them both! the crust is thin and crispy and especially yum, not drenched in pizza sauce. so glad this location is here — the manager was very generous with a little snafu that happened and we appreciated the customer service without even asking! very cute candlelight décor in the lovely dining room but just a little dim. next time we would try another pizza and maybe a pasta. we really enjoyed it and will be back!

This place never disappoints me. The pizza looks, smells, and tastes delicious. I never leave feeling terribly full or bloated like other pizza places do. The drink selection is nice. Best pizza I’ve had out here since living in Boston and Connecticut.

Walked in with no reservation, a little before 7pm, on a Saturday, with no wait. Word has it that there’s hours of waiting at the downtown location. I personally will never wait an hour or more, for any restaurant. Anyhoo, service was good, pizza was good, antipasto app was great. As a NY’er, I wouldn’t crave this pizza, but it’s fresh, local ingredients are noted. We’ll return to try out other menu items.

Not my type of pizza! We had the pizza with prosciutto! Nope not liking raw meat taste! Also not enough cheese, no flavor in sauce either! I guess just because Oprah and Gail said its good, people are going just to find out! Boy did we get fooled! Rather have went to Oregano’s or Nello’s, well even Pizza Hut would have been better! Won’t be going back at all! If you like bland and thin crust, it’s the place for you, if you like the flavor of Italian herbs and garlic go somewhere else!

I read in an article that this was rated one of the top 5 pizza joints in the NATION(this was on yahoo… not an AZ article so even more intriguing) comparing with some NY and Chicago restaurants. I was underwhelmed. I had the wiseguy and added arugula. The sauce and pizza as a whole was average, nothing memorable and the bites with sautéed onions overpowered the flavor and texture of everything else. AND they charged me $ 3 extra(17% increase of the $ 1812′ pizza as a whole) just to add a little bit of arugula on it. I understand it’s an «extra» but $ 3 for greens(not protein) that you can buy a whole bag for $ 1.50 for? In conclusion, not all it was hyped up to be in my view. Nothing was«wow:» about it that makes me want to give it a second chance or believe that the article was legit.
