L’Ecole

I’m a little bias as I was a student at Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale and I assisted the instructors in Front of the House training and management. But I do want everyone to know a little bit more about the restaurant as its coming close to the summer menu change and the students need more reservations for the fine dining experience they need prior to industry deployment.
L’Ecole is a student operated restaurant. The menu is prepared and served by students. The students are taking a course in Hospitality Service and Cooking. The courses are 3 weeks in length. All of the students in each of the classes have been in their respective Hospitality Arts programs for some time before they are qualified for the «Front of the House» and the «Back of the House» courses so the service and menu is top quality and lead by world class instructors.
Please come in this summer to encourage the students and enjoy a fine dining experience.

I thought I’d bump the review with an extra star as I just had a recollection of how courteous the manager was in helping me attain help with my car. Most people would just hand me a phone book and show me to the phone, but she actually retrieved AAA, rental car, and police info! During the meal, she even stopped to ask if everything went well with my car. My companion and I were very impressed.
