I enjoy shopping at Big Lots. Unfortunately I’ve have to deal with this younger person. I do enjoy that you came shop and pretty much all the things you need. Then improve on keeping the store more clean and organized. it doesn’t have the groceries but they have a small section of frozen items which is nice. I don’t step foot into Walmart because anyone you go to there all the same, dirry, unorganized, rude staff, and the staff that are supposed to be working you ask them for help and they say «oh no my department. So for me it’s either Big Lots Or TARGET (:

Have to comment on a recent purchase. We bought an outdoor bar and a BBQ gazebo that match. We stuffed them in our vehicles. The warehouse worker plus the manager were very helpful during the whole process.
Unfortunately we were a bit high-maintenance since the pieces were so awkward to transport. Both gentlemen were patient, helpful and insightful into the products.
As it turns out, one piece of the bar was manufactured incorrectly: there were some mounting brackets missing from one of the larger side pieces that should’ve been welded on. We returned the piece to the Baseline/Laveen store and both guys were, again, very helpful, patient and insightful into our dilemma. The offered assistance multiple times and we both felt good after leaving that Big Lots was in capable hands.

It’s an okay store. It’s nice to have it so close to my home. What can I say, it’s Big Lots and there’s nothing more to add.

Quick and easy. Convenient for me since we live around the corner. I will try come here unless I am forced to go to WalMart for something they don’t carry… I hate the WalMart here.
