Service here is horrible. Tonight we found a plastic finger nail in one of our dishes. Not even joking. A fake fingernail! The server didn’t offer to comp any of our meals and laughed about it with his co workers. Shortly after that I picked out of my mouth a huge piece of plastic wrap that was in my nachos. After waiting twenty more mins to let the server know(while waiting for a round of beers that never came) we had finally had enough. We mentioned something about the finger nail which he replied«we already established it wasn’t any of ours, I don’t know what you want me to do » I will never return to bliss

We went to Bliss a couple weeks ago and I totally forgot to write a review so here it goes, It was our first time here and we had a great experience! Our server was very friendly, and the bartenders were also very nice people. I got the orange cream drink, don’t remember exactly what it’s called but it was so creamy and tasty. My friend got a Pom comso also delicious! We started off with the pretzel bread which was A1, and for my meal I got the coconut chicken strips and fries and my friend got the buffalo chicken sandwich which also had coleslaw and bleu cheese. The food was all really really good ! It was fresh, hot, and came out right away! Afterwards I got a dirty gin martini with extra olives which once again, GOOD! We met some really nice people Here too! The whole experience was really great, and I’ve heard it’s really fun here at Night too on the weekends when they have A DJ. I’ll definitely be back! :)

If «Cheers» were real it would be Bliss/Rebar. There is no such thing as a «stranger» while you’re there. The waitstaff is friendly and your glass never goes empty. If you become a «regular» they remember what you like. As for the food, not typical bar food, but you can get a GREAT meal. The pasta dinner is really good, so are the Thai Shrimp. Everyone there has a good time and this will quickly be your«go to» place to go any day of the week.

Bliss has an awesome menu selection, and the ambiance of the bar is pretty cool. But they’ve definitely forgotten my order when I called it in more than once, and while the servers/bartenders weren’t rude about it, they also weren’t very helpful. Still, it’s one of the better places to go in the neighborhood.

We’ve been to Bliss ReBAR twice now, both times for brunch. I love the venue, and it’s in a great neighborhood — lots of street art, murals and galleries. I don’t know if this building was something else before(though I definitely get that impression), either way it’s a beautiful building. Service has been fine. The first time I simply don’t recall, so nothing notable. The second time was kind of mixed. We made reservations for New Year’s Day. Upon arrival we were told to sit anywhere. That seemed weird; clearly our reservation was irrelevant(that noted, it seemed similarly unnecessary the first time, though we still«checked-in»). Beyond that, there weren’t even tables available for the party — fortunately, one couple ended up being absent for brunch. It then took quite a while for our order to be taken. Once that happened, service was good, if not great. Our table was well tended and there were multiple wait staff who checked in on us; some were especially friendly, in the good way. The cost is good. The food is good. I would say both are in step with each other. It’s not super cheap, but neither is the food. You pay for what you get, and you definitely don’t overpay, which I appreciate. They also have an interesting selection of items on their menu(e.g. breakfast nachos), with options for everyone in the rainbow of selective eaters. We’ll definitely keep this establishment in mind, and maybe we’ll give it a shot for drinks or something else next time.

When the weather is nice, this is a great place for day drinking and people watching. Nice patio in downtown. Service is hit and miss. Food is usually good. It does get packed on most First Fridays.

We hadn’t been here in over 5 years, so decided to meet a friend last Sunday for brunch… wow, were we really impressed! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere is really nice and good music was spinning, the food was amazing and the drink specials are ridiculous — $ 10 bottles of champagne and $ 3 carafes of juice(orange, grapefruit, cranberry or pineapple). I highly recommend the egg white veggie scramble — so delicious! We will definitely be back for this amazing brunch!

If you want to plan an event in an intimate setting with just the coolest look try Bliss ReBAR. My daughter was married there this weekend and Jackson was so amazing. The weather didn’t cooperate, but that didn’t stop this group of people from throwing a big party! The food was excellent, people were raving about the tacos and the mac & cheese balls and oh the coconut chicken! The venue is small so keep that in mind. But the patios are really nice with shaded areas and the reBAR motif is really fun.

Ordered a black bean burger and a water. 20 minutes later no burger and no water. Bar tender failed to communicate with cooks so when I asked about my burger they were, «just throwing it on.» Not cool.

House cocktails are now unbelievably weak and overpriced in the five years I’ve written my review. Like, so weak and overpriced that I’ve now ordered the most expensive drink I will have ever ordered(and I live in one of the western hemisphere’s most expensive cities now) and it still wasn’t worth it. An $ 8.50 pour for Phoenix should be half giving me the bottle, instead, it didn’t make a dent. A bottle of Smirnoff, no less – so their profit margins are something like 90% on the alcohol itself. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning over the holidays next time.

I’ve never eaten there, but the drinks and service were really just«meh.» This was a backup choice when Lost Leaf was too packed to find a spot. In hindsight, it makes sense why Bliss had space. I ordered two different beers on tap but was told they had«just kicked the keg» so I’d have to pick again– and again. The décor is neat though, I’ll give them that.

The bar and restaurant setting is very hip. We came for dinner on a Wednesday night and seating was easy. I ordered the hummus and Mac and Cheese. The service and food came quick but I was quite disappointed everything was bland. My boyfriend had a sandwich and I think I missed out and possibly ordered wrong –_– The jam they had on his bread was delicious and the salad was fresh and crisp. Overall service and setting was excellent but food is just alright.

We came here after a concert and needed food without a line asap in downtown. Enter Bliss ReBAR — the patio was empty, but looks like a nice area. We walked inside and the restaurant was somewhat small and there was one bartender/waiter. There were at least 20 people there but the bartender didn’t acknowledge us for several minutes. When we were ready to order, we motioned him over and we got the cheesy Mac balls and the Steakhouse Burger. The balls were good but the burger was not. It just had too much going on with it in terms of flavor! I had one bite and decided not to eat anymore. My fubby tried to eat it all because he was so hungry but only managed to eat half.

I often eat alone. Sometimes I am very uncomfortable doing it, but it’s not so bad when the staff is good. If you walk into a place and feel awkward and nobody greets you or tries to help you, it feels worse. Lucky for me this place had good bartenders. I had to go to this bar because it was close to the apartment I am staying at. It was raining, so I didn’t want to walk very far. I walked in and was prompted greeted by a very friendly bartender, Britani Soto. First thing she did was give me glass of water. I loved that. All bartenders should do this. Then she told me the special drink. And orange flavored beverage for $ 4. Britani gave me menus. She took my order and got me my wine quick. I think this is basic bartending stuff that everyone should do, but mostly bartenders just ignore people and continue to do their side work and they sometimes don’t even tell you the specials. So I really liked Britani. These small things make a difference. This is a very cool looking place. Outside seating plentiful. It’s pretty loud because of all the patrons in large groups. Not my favorite thing, but I’m sure there are normal people who enjoy this.(I’m anti social and hate noise.) Food was decent. I ordered a sundried tomato pasta. It was cold though. I felt like it was sitting out for a while. Wine was good. The other bartenders checked on me a lot and I was comfortable eating by myself in a bar full of large groups.

Was volunteering at Ben’s Bells right near here and decided to check it out. Thought it was so cute, both the outside area and inside area, I bet it’s a cool place to go at night as well. The menu was super appealing to me, quite a few appetizing looking vegetarian meals. I was deciding between the lentil and quinoa salad or the veggie Mac n cheese. I went for the Mac n cheese and boy was that a mistake. I think this was the second time in my life I’ve taken a bite of something, and was so disgusted, I couldn’t go in for another bite. It looked tasty too so I was sad! The cheese sauce on it is made at the restaurant, but I just didn’t enjoy how it tasted. Also it seemed more like Alfredo than Mac n cheese. My mom got a black bean burger and substituted Rosemary Parmesan fries as her side and was kind enough to share with me. She also substituted the bun with pretzel bread which was awesome. The veggie burger was just a morning star southwestern patty I believe, which kind of sucks but it wasn’t bad. The pretzel bun was super delicious. The fries were mediocre. The servers weren’t too attentive in that we weren’t checked on much, water cup was empty for a while… However, when I pointed out that I was unhappy with my meal, my server offers to get me something else but I wasn’t hungry because I had some of my moms meal. He did take it off our order too which was super nice of him and really appreciated.

Great on atmosphere, good on food, just ok on drinks and specials. The patio is so nice, I’ve been drawn here since it was the Nine 05, which went under just as I became of age. Kudos to Bliss for consistently keeping it groovy with good music that isn’t too loud, and *almost* enough staff to prevent wait times from getting ridiculous. They’ve got some nice happy hour specials I haven’t taken advantage of yet, like $ 6 apps on Monday. That or weekend brunch is really all that appeals to me. If I’m out late on any other weeknight, their answer to the valley’s numerous reverse happy hours are rather unexciting. As for the weekend nightlife, it’s alright as well. Keep in mind it’s unofficially a gay bar, which is legit, as my gaybros need places to drink that aren’t as wild as Karamba or Charlie’s. If you come here on a Friday night, it operates more like a lounge(with inefficient seating) than a restaurant, and everyone there will be prettier than you. Overall, I don’t think their drinks are anything to die for, and I usually just get wine. This is a solid chill spot where you should grab a small meal from time to time, but by no means THE place to kick it in ’til 2am.

«Clear alcohols are for rich women on diets.» ― Ron Swanson, Parks and Recreation Rich women? Diets?! That’s why I had a Bloody Mary with lunch. #WerkBitch Strolled in for a lunch date with four guys because I’m a pimp and boy were things hot! It was 111°F outside and it felt about 90°F inside. Ick! Anyways, it seemed like a slow day inside the bar area which was great since there was only one or two people working. Drinks were ordered, food was ordered, and a lot of waiting ensued. I’m the type that like to sip at a drink throughout my meal but the wait was so long that I was staring down an empty glass, olives eaten, before my macaroni and cheese was out. The food was delicious. Cheesy gooey goodness! I had ordered another drink to go with my meal after Tom D. tempted me… that seducer! I ordered a Strawberries & Champagne and what I got was a super flat Shirley Temple. Where’s the bubbles? The champagne?! I couldn’t even taste the vodka. After a few tiny sips, I abandoned it. Tom had it sent back since I wasn’t feeling it and it was taken off my bill. One of our lunch companions also received the wrong order and had to endure another torturous wait before getting his sandwich. I had originally wanted to try the crème brûlée but with our meal quickly approaching the two-hour mark, it just wasn’t worth it. And so we left! Service was so-so. Granted, there was only one true worker but they should hire at least one other person to help. The food was delicious but the cocktails were a let-down [did our Bloody Marys even have vodka in it!?]. I was digging the Lana del Rey tunes though and the ambiance was nice. Also, please turn on that A/C. It’s the desert! My make-up was melting! Bliss is more on the 3.5 stars side.

Tuesdays — $ 20 wine bottle and cheese board. I get to be fancy and cheap at the same time. YEAH! :D Best day ever! Bliss ReBar has great food, atmosphere, music and the bartenders have always been nice and are always open to talk and just make you laugh.

Have only been able to try their late night menu. Love the Nachos! Seriously, why don’t more restaurant use flour chips for nachos? It’s sooo good. Favorite nachos by far! I also like their coconut chicken strips. It comes with a citrus ginger dip — tangy and delicious. I’d take this over ranch or BBQ sauce any day. Will have to try their brunch one of these days. I will let you know how that goes.
