I was referred to this vendor by my home warranty company for repair on my KitchenAid refrigerator. They received the call early on a Wednesday morning. We confirmed an appointment for 11 am — 1 pm. By 2pm they never showed. We called in and was told the technician never received the dispatch notice. Now there are no technicians in the area. They will try again tomorrow. Fine — we are patient, we will wait another day. Technician shows up on Thursday morning. While investigating the appliance tells my wife, since he can’t see without his glasses, that if he breaks the freezer drawer while pulling it out, it is not there problem. Ultimately, he says he does not know how to fix it, and another technician will come out. That was 11 Am on Thursday. Thursday afternoon at 2PM I call for a status on my ticket. Was told that they will contact the technician to get a status and call me back. No one called back. Friday morning I call at 8:15AM to get status. Was told that the incident was sent back to my home warranty company. I ask«when?» answer«yesterday», I replied«when Yesterday?(trying to find out if it was before or after my 2PM call). Was now being told by the guy on the other end to not be so aggressive and that I should calm down(I was not even close to agitated yet). I said I wasn’t agitated I just wanted to know the status. «Call your home warranty company and ‘click’» he hung up on me. Not exactly the type of customer service we were hoping for. I would never refer anyone to them again.

The office I manage was having issues with our A/C. Brisk air came out on short notice, fixed everything and proved to be more reliable and more affordable than our last company. I now recommend Brisk Air to everyone and will be using them at my home as well. They are a local family owned business as an added plus.

A few years ago, before Peeakboo’s time, my air conditioner unit broke in May, two days before I was leaving on a cruise for a week. I had cockatiels, so there is NO way I could have left the house without air. I was desperate to find someone– fast! I can’t remember how I found Brisk Air, INc, but I’m glad I did. Matt installed my new unit in a few hours, I wrote the check and cranked the air until I was freezing. You’re a life saver(five lives, actually– four bird sand myself) Brisk Air!
