When I was looking to make some changes in our home I wanted to find someone I could trust to do dependable and quality work. After searching for a while I was able to find a great contractor. So instead of word of mouth I decided that I would share this company with you.
It is not often I let out a well kept secret. But I like everything about this company. Today they have done all my construction jobs at my home as well as friends of our. Here are some of the projects they completed for me:
1) Anderson sliding patio doors. The installation was flawless.
2) Replacement windows. Now we save $$$ on heating and air conditioning.
3) Remodeled bathroom. Came out great!
4) Vinyl siding on the house. Made the house look great.
5) Storm door. The one we had before was destroyed by the kids.
6) Hardwood floors and living room remodeling. We all love to gather in the room and watch the big screen tv.
Their attention to detail in second to none. If they feel that it is not done right they fix it. I have never had any issue with quality. We are truly happy.
Let’s talk about price. My deal is value. And I am willing to save up and pay for that. Here are some examples of horror stories from neighbors that wanted it done «Cheaper» from some no name handyman. If you contact me via Unilocal I can show you them.
1) Home Depot sliding glass doors installed incorrectly. They leak water and are drafty. Also they installed the deck level incorrectly without a drip edge on the bottom.
2) Storm door was installed incorrectly. When they replaced the inside door they had to remove the recently installed storm door which has not been replaced.
3) Cheap materials. You get what you pay for and nothing more. I could go on and on with these stories.
So you will pay more for quality with Cedar Knoll Construction but you never have to worry about it being done to your specifications. When you factor in the horror stories, and we all have them, along with quality they are by far the best value for your money. They will get it done right, every time.
