I had no issue with my iPhone 5s screen replacement. $ 90 or less out the door. I came to them in a pinch, after being quoted $ 140 from the iPro Glass Replacement store up on Greenway and Tatum. I would use Cellairius again without a doubt.

I would like to start off by saying that I have never had a problem with any Cellairis products, which is the reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1. Their tempered glass screen protectors offer great protection as do their cases, however they are a little overpriced. I’ve always found their customer service to be a little lacking, but nothing to bother writing a review about. This time, however, was a different story. I bought a screen protector and a case three days ago for my iPhone 6 Plus. The original price was $ 100, but I got the worker to sell both the protector and the case for $ 65, which I thought was an acceptable price. The next day, I noticed that there was a small hair underneath the screen protector. There was also a small chip near the bottom next to the home button that wasn’t there when I left the kiosk, despite me not dropping it at all, even on a soft surface. I went back the next day to get this fixed, but the guy working said that since it was his first day, he didn’t know how to fix my problem. He was polite, so I accepted this and decided to come back the next day. When I did come back, the same person who originally sold me the products was working, so I thought that would make everything go smoothly since he knew I bought the screen protector from them; however, this was not the case. I showed him the hair and the chip. He didn’t say anything about the hair, but insinuated that maybe I dropped my phone and was trying to get another screen protector for free. I told him I didn’t, but he just smirked at me, promptly took off my screen protector, and started to put a new one on. It was at this point, after he already took the old protector off, that he said it would cost a $ 5 «installation fee.» I thought this was ridiculous because he was the one who messed up the original protector, but I accepted it because I didn’t feel like arguing. The new protector he put on had a small scratch in it, so I asked if he could put a different one on. He snatched the phone out of my hand and inspected it, then handed it back to me, telling me that«it won’t bother you.» If it didn’t bother me, why would I ask him to replace it again? I told him that it would bother me, so he gave me a look that told me I was wasting his time, but he gave me a new one anyway. This one was fine, so I paid him the $ 5 and walked away, happy that he at least fixed the problem. The next day, my mom and I were at the mall, so we decided to go back to the kiosk and see if we could get our $ 5 back since it was the same person working again. My mom asked if he could give us the money back because we shouldn’t have to pay for something that he messed up. He was incredibly rude. He kept going back to the chip, saying that«she dropped her phone, it’s not my fault she did that.» We weren’t talking about the chip, we were talking about the installation fee. He refused to even talk to us about the fee, instead he kept saying that when he installed it the first time, I never said anything about the hair or the chip, so it must have been my fault. Eventually he said that the fee is company policy and that it said so on the receipt. My mom then pulled out the receipt and asked where it talked about any additional fees. He refused to look at the receipt and just kept saying that«it’s on there,» but nowhere on that receipt does it mention a fee. He then said that you need to buy the warranty if you didn’t want to pay an extra fee for damaged items. When my mom told him that he didn’t offer us the warranty, he said that we needed to ask about it if we wanted it. Why would we think to ask about something that he never mentioned once? It’s not like the warranty is advertised anywhere on the kiosk, either. After a few more minutes of arguing, we left without our money. We were regular customers that shopped there every couple of months, but we will no longer be giving this company our business.

I’d do zero stars if possible. We bought 2 cases 2 and screen protectors and was told if screen cracks, they would replace for free. But when I brought back to replace broken screen protector, was told no. Very dishonest.
