Very rude manager (Joshua)
Joshua overcharged me (sale nuke socks buy one get one 50% off). We had two valid picture IDs. Joshua stated over and over again” God knows I’m right”. I found my drivers license, but was not interested in showing him, do to his poor customer service. He should not be in management position. I asked for a copy of voided receipt several times, he said «not possible go away» several times. I had to go back to get him to allow me to take a picture of the void. I will no longer be returning to champs, and I got the Nike socks for much less at Macy’s. I feel bad for senior citizens who do not have driver License. What type of torture does he put them through?

When I walked in I was already pissed about how I was treated at Finish Line so I’m sure the sales rep could tell I was in an irritated mood. He let me look around and stayed at a distance, when he noticed I was ready for help he was right there for me. No high presser sales and very knowledgeable YOU GUYS ARE TRUE CHAMPS.
