Zero stars. Horrible customer service. Spoke with a CSR In the morning regarding an estimate. Tried to make an appointment but I was told you don’t need one and that they are open until 6pm. I got there at ten till six and the lady tells me they close at 530. I told her that’s not what I was told on the phone and she said well that’s when we close. I said well you might want all your employees to know that because that’s not what I was told this morning. Then she asked who it was and that all three employees were working this am and that they all know the hours. Obviously not lady, don’t question me, I know exactly what I heard. No need to be rude on behalf of your company’s mistake. Now I won’t give them my business
