Circle K Stores

Probably the worst circle k for being clean, soda area smells of something, staff, except for a couple, could care less about you. 35^th ave and deer valley the store is just plain filthy.

Love this place love the staff except for Beatrice, everything was fine at the store until September 24^th 2014 on register 2 approximately 5:25 pm she charged me $ 44.00 for a $ 0.86 polar pop. I was on my way to my sons t-​ball practice down the street when I receive a text from my bank where it states I was charged $ 44 for the purchase. I have talked to the store manager Connie and she’s really nice however unable to help me, she wasn’t able to reprint a receipt for me and all she could tell me to do was challenge the charge through my bank. Now the bank is charging me again for this because shell/​circle k still state that it is a valid charge because my pin was entered. I drive a 4 cylinder car that has a 10 gallon tank that I filled at another circle k the day prior for like $ 28.00 so there is no way for me to physically pump $ 44.00 worth of gas in my tank even if gas was $ 4.40 a gallon. I also want to add that I always buy drinks for my co-​workers at a circle k down the street from my work and will go out of my way to go to quick trip even though it’s more expensive if this issue doesn’t get resolved. The bank is gonna try to dispute the charge with this location again for the remainder amount of $ 43.14,($ 44.00 minus the $ 0.86 I should’ve been charged) and I hope this can be resolved, if not I also work in a customer service/​retail store with the highest volume of customers in Phoenix, I’ve worked in 5 different stores with this company and to this day I still have customers from those stores come in to my location and ask for me, and I’ll make sure my customers know just what happen to me at this location along with everyone else I know if it can’t be resolved. also If it can get resolved, great I’ll change the review and give them five stars, but for now I would’ve given them none if it was an option. Until then I will continue to use circle k until I hear from them, I went ahead and left a message to their «corporate office» number earlier tonight. well see how this goes…

Night shift is really friendly & helpful.

I found myself over here yesterday and stopped in to get gas. The store was clean and so was the outside for the most part. Other than a donation section set up close to the location, everything seemed pretty nice. I went in the daytime, but going off the trailer parks on the way there off the 101, I don’t know if I’d go back at night time. The staff was friendly, especially Mark and Bill.
Mark assisted me with a question I had at the pump and came out to help me. I then realized I needed something to drink and went back inside and was helped at the register this time by Bill. There was another young man there, but he didn’t seem too friendly or anything awesome since I didn’t have an interaction with him.
Some of the customers coming and going during the 10 or 15 minutes I was there didn’t seem to savory, but again. those trailer parks are located just across the street. Also, this was one of the more expensive CircleK’s in terms of gas prices. I asked why this was and was told simply that it’s their goal to be .07 cents more than Aarco (which is quite possibly one of the more stupid things I’ve heard lately).
