Sarah did my hair color with red tones low maintenance. She styled it beautifully. I will be returning! I have received many compliments from friends, coworkers, acquaintances. I love it. She was also very pleasant.

My experience with Crystal was very satisfying. She took her time and was very patient with me. She did exactly what I asked and made sure I was happy with my results and I sure was! I got a simple trim but she was very meticulous and didn’t get scissor happy like other places. The environment was very cool, cute little place downtown. I highly recommend this place especially with Crystal! I will be back

Followed a stylist here and while he left I stayed. Lauren is always welcoming and ‘Nando is wonderful with his scissors, color (painted and all over) he works with you to develop a style whether it is immediate or a long term goal
and the downtown loft look is fresh, fun and a refreshing change.

Nando was really friendly and thorough with making sure I had a good haircut. I would definitely recomend this salon, the services are unbeatable. Ive had a phobia of people cutting my hair badly in the past, and finally, this time Ive had a good haircut.

A gem of a salon downtown. We frequent the restaurant Fez next door they recommended the salon, My husband went to Ryan loved him. It was a cool venue great vibe, so I decided to go with my husbands recommendation. My husband with impeccable taste was right. They have multiple stylists I can speak for Ryan Valdez who did a smashing job on my color and cut. I am so pleased to find something close to home, and someone who really enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work.

I absolutely love this place! It has a great atmosphere. The salon itself is breathtaking just with how it’s set up which is different from any other salons. Customer service here is great! I recommend Diane as your hair stylist; she does a wonderful job and has good energy that up rings the salon itself. Everyone here is polite. Definitely worth your $$.

Amazing cut and great experience. It’s always difficult for me to find a place to cut my hair with decent prices and talented people because I have really curly hair. Ryan cut my hair and was very patient, did not rush me, and listened to what I wanted. He definitely knows what he’s doing. The salon is also extremely clean and a great location. Everyone working there was extremely nice too! Would definitely recommend!

Great place for haircuts and hair styles. Nando (one of the owners) is great and super friendly. I been visiting for the last 3 months. Nando gave me a good style for my wedding pictures! A place to visit and get your hair done.

This is my new favorite place for getting my hair cut! They were able to squeeze me in last minute and I immediately felt very comfortable, everyone is very friendly. I have a hard time describing the cut I want, which is pretty basic, but I’m particular about my bangs. Nando cut my hair and he gave me exactly the cut I wanted! Plus they sell Davines products, which I’m now obsessed with — I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love this salon — and Diane is amazing. I have been going here from about the time they opened and have never had a bad experience. The prices are comparable and competitive, but I don’t consider it too expensive. I am also a resident of Roosevelt Square, so it is ultra convenient.
The space is awesome and they did such a great job with the layout and overall feel. Everyone there is insanely nice and the mimosas are a nice perk. ;) There is also ample parking in the garage behind the salon, which is huge considering it’s downtown.
Diane is also awesome. She is super thorough and makes sure whatever she is doing it is not only going to look good, but that it is good for my hair. (P.S. Her scalp massages alone are worth every penny!) When I first came in, my hair was brittle and dry and was a disaster. Not anymore! It is so much healthier and has grown so well. She uses the best products, but doesn’t push me to purchase anything I don’t want or don’t need. (I hate when I go to salons and they try to nail you with tons of $$$ products). Everything I have purchased and used from Coiffeur’s is top notch — even the brushes!
I can definitely tell they are getting busier, so I have to book out a bit ahead of time or be really flexible if it’s last minute. But that is a great problem to have. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

It’s tough to write a truthful, bad review as I know what it’s like to be on the other end, but this one needs to be written. I had to calm down over the weekend to write this… I’ll never, ever, go here again.
I booked online with Sarah for a cut/​dry during my lunch hour based on a Unilocal review and that I needed something downtown. When I got there, she asked what I wanted and simply stated that I needed a trim with just the old stuff cutoff. I have, had, long hair, and just wanted a trim… did I mention a trim? She asked if I used any ‘product’ and once I said ‘No, I just like to wash and wear’, and that was evidently the wrong thing to say.
She spent all of 10 – 15 minutes, I’m not kidding, on the cut and I have bra-​length long hair… had. She then asked if another staff member could blow it dry since she noticed she cut another person’s hair uneven who was walking around the shop. So, I sat there for a good 10 mins while she finished fixing the other person’s cut, just sitting there. During which, some woman was walking around the shop looking at herself in every mirror in the place, telling Sarah what she wanted done. Really uncomfortable. When she finally came over, I asked if around the face could be cut since she just left me there after a ‘trim’. She cut around the face and once it was blown dry it was entirely uneven. I asked her to blend it more and fix it, which she did.
All in all, my ‘trim’ was over 3 inches gone — I measured it, and the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I felt like a total inconvenience the entire time. It’s too bad, because the cut itself wasn’t bad, wasn’t great, but wasn’t bad — even my husband noticed it was still uneven, and that takes a lot!
I didn’t realize that much was taken off until I left, but I was more disappointed that the customer service was just so bad. Hair grows back, and that I can live with, but to leave feeling like I was a speedbump in her time schedule, I would have gone somewhere for $ 20 cut, not $ 45.

I travel from Tucson to Phoenix just to get my hair done here, it’s that great. Love the people and the atmosphere, very welcoming. Nando is the stylist I go to, he always makes me feel like a valued guest. Always walk out loving my cuts!

Best haircut I’ve ever had!!! I’m usually hesitant to cut my hair– I like it long and I have been afraid of layers. Jonathan talked to me about all the things he could do to it (and keep the length) and I gained confidence and trust in him and now have my favorite haircut of all time. I did not feel pressured at all to add the cut to my appointment — just empowered :)
The color came out awesome! I went from blonde to a silver and purple.
Very clean salon.
They ran out of mimosas so they ran to Fair Trade and got me an ice coffe and spiked it with baileys! YUM!

I’ve returned to Coiffeur’s Salon a few more times and I continue to be impressed every time! They’re always offering up some fresh drinks, ice water, lemonade, mimosa– whatever they have to offer is always excellent!
My eye brows were waxed last week by Lee. She did a great job and was gentle. It was actually more like a relaxing spa treatment it seemed instead of a dreaded waxing appointment.
I have continued to go back to Jonathan to keep tweaking my hair until we hit the right color. They have been so accomodating and I can tell they truly care about my experience and my satisfaction with the outcome. I think we finally hit the perfect combo today so in the future we’ll know just what to do!
I have also referred a male friend for a haircut from Jonathan and weeks later he’s still raving about it and telling me how all the ladies keep complimenting him. I know he will be a return customer as well and asked me to grab some business cards for him.
Always clean. Always friendly. High quality salon at a great price. I will continue to visit the salon and encourage all my friends to try them :) Two thumbs up! My favorite salon in the valley!

Totally worth my hair time. I enjoyed the rustic manly feel (husky toolbox) with a touch of femininity (chandelier). I was greeted by one of the owners and treated so kindly and they gave me a cool drink in a wine glass. I felt right at home. No more fake ladies trying to ask me questions to start a conversation. I’m happy with these down to earth folks. Thanks Jordan. They are in tune with the community as they have an open auction for a wedding dress on First Friday ready and set. I feel pretty and didn’t pour all my money out.

I have seen this salon from the light rail and I decided to try it as I desperately needed a good haircut. This is a wonderful salon. It is very relaxing and in a great location. I can’t say enough about this place. Everyone is friendly and Trinette, who did my hair was outstanding. She spent a lot of time with me and explained what she was doing every step of the way, which I appreciated. I was long overdue for a haircut and I’m so happy I went here. I love the way my hair looks now and I hope to return as this is the way a salon should be. I am going to recommend it to my friends as well. I would have to say this is the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend this salon.

Seriously the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Sarah is the stylist I go to, and she is amazing. The owner is also wonderful and is usually there to chat with. They follow up with you after your haircut (via text) to make sure it’s working for you, and they are super flexible and accommodating when last minute things pop up.

I am so glad this salon opened up in the neighborhood — it is awesome! They have really left no detail unattended. Everything is super hip/​urban from the décor to the music to the product selection. They even send me appointment reminders via text. It’s all about the little things. I go in tired and stressed and leave refreshed and happy!
Sarah Marie did my hair the past two times, and I think I have found a permanent stylist within walking distance of my new apartment downtown. She is really a great conversationalist, and very talented dealing with my finicky hair. IMHO, Coiffeur’s is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for an all-​around great salon with very competitive prices.

First time at this salon and had a great experience! Trinette was my beautician, she did an amazing job. I asked for a trim and that’s what I got. Not a haircut like most places. I loved the products they use my hair was so soft and smelt amazing. The atmosphere is also very nice, love the big mirrors! All the staff was very nice, one of the managers came up to me just to make sure everything was going well. I thought that was very nice. Overall fast service and good prices and you leave feeling beautiful. Thank you and can’t wait to go back.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Great atmosphere that fits the location. Covered parking so don’t have to worry about where to park. Surrounded by good food and coffee. Love that the owners have projects that are sure make this a great place and a great addition to our community.
