Honestly Luke was a 1 man show tonight. There were 2 other employees that simply walked back and forth completing basic closing duties and talking about getting everything done before they close 2 hours from now. Meanwhile Luke was helping all the customers by himself, cashing people out, apologizing for the wait and giving the best customer service he could without the help of the other 2 working. They clearly heard everything that was going on but ignored it. I love cold stone so we will be back. But I felt bad for Luke. He was a hard worker and all the employees should care like him. I gave the review and stars for him. They clearly need better staff and managers that care about customer service. Especially when they are just waiting to pay for their ice cream for 10 mins being ignored. Thanks for the effort Luke.

So Jessica(I hope that was her name) was amazing. She had great customer service, friendly, personable, and kind. I had been running around trying to find a decent sized icecream cake for a going away party for a friend last minute. Not only was she very helpful she even drew on the cake and wrote some stuff in icing for me. How cool is that?! I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to find someone to do it last minute and so quickly too. I was in and out in no more than 10 – 15 minutes. Asked my questions, got straight answers, and was out of the door ten minutes later. Maybe not even that Long. Everybody loved the cake when I brought it to the party and complimented it and asked where in the world I got it. Nobody could believe it was a cold stone cake they for sure thought I got it from some place expensive. Anyway, hands down the best service I’ve ever gotten. Will recommend all my friends to get their birthday cakes from cold stone and specifically from that location. In fact I’ll be back in September to get my friends birthday cake and October for mine(: Thanks for the great service(:

Worst cold stone I’ve ever been to. I got a like it and the cup wasn’t even full. Also it’s the«international training» location, but no one supervises the international employees to make sure they’re making the ice cream right. Bad customer service and worse management.

It get the second star for the inconsistently nice service. I find Cold Stone Creamery’s ice cream to be too sweet and overpriced. Whenever I order a milkshake there is way too much milk. I ask for less, it matters not… they will not shake all the milk. I wish gelato’s would be more popular… :-(

I don’t know what it is about this place but I am no fan. I really don’t care for the icecream. For the amount of money it cost, the quality just isn’t that good. Just not impressed. My thirteen year old likes it so we go occasionally. Yet it’s usually busy. Guess other people like it. Why? I just do not know. Kids are nice that work there and it looks clean.

Ice cream is up to Cold Stone Creamery standards. Staff can be hit or miss, as to be expected of local high schoolers. Make sure to tip the staff if you are lucky enough to receive good service!

The staff argues with the customer about bad tasting ice cream. When I asked for a replacement it was an argument an all I wanted was it switched out. I wasn’t trying to get anything free.

Whoever invented ice cream was a genius! This place is great. Lots to choose from or make your own. The«sundaes» taste great. After being closed for a year, it is good to see them back. Good, friendly customer service and a clean store.

Now for those of you who didn’t know this location had closed for awhile… but now it is back open. It is still serving the awesome BANANA ice cream I talked about in my original review. I don’t see that any real changes took place… maybe it was a health code issue… or maybe it was financial… no one really knows. However it is back and I am personally glad to see it. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!

This location had closed for like a year but it is back in business for a few months already. We have been there about 3 times this year. Staff has been friendly and consistent(prior to closing I had complains about some employees being kind of stingy) I am not giving them 5 stars because this location does not give the frequent customer cards, they will punch them if you have one, but they don’t carry them:(

Yes, I want to go into Coldstone every time I pass it. And yes, I am always very happy with anything I order. The cheesecake ice-cream with graham cracker crust and caramel. To-freaking-die-for. BUT I must say, I always feel cheated when I leave the store paying more than it costs to get 4 gallons of ice-cream…for just 3 «like it» cups of ice-cream. Yeah, that part… do NOT«like it». I guess having an 8-year old whose begging and pleading often leads to my purchase of this over-priced dessert doesn’t help, but I resent Coldstone for exploiting our taste buds’ desire for something cold in the middle of the desert. I miss Mr. Softee, where a cone brimming with soft-serve ice-cream(WITH sprinkles) was a mere $ 1.25. So for the ridiculous prices, I took away 2 stars. I still love their ice-cream though(dammit).

My favorite ice cream shop, though the prices are a little pricey. They have seating either inside or outside. I don’t go to often anymore but they always have new and great flavors. I usually get sweet cream and butterfingers in it. Very good!

Okay, it’s going to be difficult to write a fair review considering the circumstances surrounding this visit. My husband spotted this shop after we just spent a ridiculous amount of money to buy a washer and dryer across the street. He literally careens around the corner to get there and jumps out of the car like he’s on fire to «beat the band of fat people» heading in. Just as to not offend anyone, they were actually average-sized people. He refers to everyone, including himself, as «fat people» when they are indulging. After all of this, he refuses to order anything because they are out of chocolate shavings and there’s «nothing else» he wants. What does he want, a beer float? Now that we can move on to the review, Cold Stone gets points for allowing you to create your own concoction of ice cream flavors and toppings. I think the ice cream is good, probably better than average. But, I didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly. And that was before the chocolate shaving incident. Would return if I’m in the neighborhood, but would not go out of my way.

Oooh, Cold Stone. I love ice cream, so pretty much any place that serves up tasty ice cream and then lets you choose from an unlimited amount of toppings to put on it, is going to get at least 4 stars in my book. I can’t give it 5 stars though, only the Gelato Spot gets 5 stars from me. I like to get the coffee ice cream with oreos in it. It’s amazing. Or perhaps a little sweet cream with reeses peanut butter cups. Yum. It’s also fun to give the staff a tip, because if you do, they will ‘holler for a dollar.“ Try it!
