Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair

Came in for an oil change. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Had no issues whatsoever and really enjoyed the waiting room. They even have a charging station for my phone!

My family has been coming here for years. These guys do great work. I’d definitely recommend them if you need new tires or auto repair.

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. The employee and management staff are as incompetent as you can be…
I called to make an appointment for a fully synthetic oil change, when after waiting for 40min, I was told that they «couldn’t remove the oil filter cap» without using pliers because it was on too tight. They also said that if they were to use the pliers and the cap broke. I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for the fee of ordering a new one; and waiting up to two hours for a replacement from the dealership. What a joke. I asked them if they tried using the pliers. «No.» They were so unapologetic and disinterested that I began to wonder if they knew how to do oil changes in the first place. I would NEVER recommend someone get there car serviced here. I ended up making an appointment at Babbit Motor Works, which is a 5 star establishment. This place should be shut down.

These guys are great. I’ve been to the Queen Creek tire pros to purchase tires (I think they may not be affiliated because my information was not available in this location’s system) and I have been here twice for balancing/​rotation and additional services I thought I might need (but the mechanics here are honest and don’t suggest anything that is not necessary). If you are looking for a friendly auto shop that won’t swindle you, I definitely suggest Community Tire Pros.

Everything about this place states high quality service with honest staff. They are clearly the #1 community tire shop for a reason. Techs are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Owners and staff are fantastic and very involved in the community which is also a bonus. They have 8 locations so be sure to check one out next time you need car maintenance.

Wow! These guys saved my life. Not only was everyone (Randy especially) amazing but they have a wonderful warranty and my tires were ready in a hour! Great prices!!!

On May 13^th, 2014, we went to the corporate office office off of Durango. Anthony the service guy had our vehicle a day to diagnose. We returned the next day when they told us they had figured out what was wrong to find out that their vendors could not find the parts. He only shrugged and said I dont know what you want us to do. So after educating myself on the parts and searching hi and low on the internet I finally found the parts, confirmed them with Anthony and ordered them myself. I took the parts in to the store on May 27^th only to find out that he had told me the wrong part. I was pissed off because I had wasted 2 weeks at this point of my own time. I spoke with Anthony (tech), Randy (store manager) at the store. They said they would try to come up with a plan for service. After leaving the store I called another location to see If I could reach someone that could actually help me. They gave me the number for Howard Jr (GM). I called and spoke with Howard Jr, who apologized for the service I had received and said I should have never had to order my own parts because they didn’t accept customer supplied parts. He said that he would make the situation right. He understood that finding parts for older vehicles was difficult, but they shouldnt have just brushed me off. It took them a day to find and order the right parts. We just picked it up a week later. When I voiced my concern over the process to Randy the manager at the location he got out of his chair and left with no response. I am so utterly pissed off at the lack of respect and service I wont ever go back!

After a Bad Experience with Dave’s Auto Care, a shop near my home, Was looking to get some work done on my 10 yr old 04 tahoe, wanted to find a place near my work, found Community Tire Pro’s and Auto …
Spoke to Anthony, set everything up and went over what I would like done, great follow up, Communication and Friendly Service, Work completed and Vehicle ready on time as promised !!!
Recieved Good Customer service with Integrity, Pride and Professionalism !!!

Everyone is so friendly. Great prices, even better service. Hot dogs & popcorn in the waiting room! Brought me water, even offered me a beer, jokingly, but hey it’s the thought that counts :-)

I’m seriously trying to figure out why this place does not have more raving reviews!
Let me begin by stating the fact I found this place on groupon and had my reservations about going but boy am I ever glad I did!!!
I was given the best customer service ever! And don’t get me started on the amount of coupons they offer!!! Free birthday oil change, and free oil change amongst other things when u sign up for the high mile club!
And if that wasn’t enough they have completely sponsored a community garden! Yet another reason to support local businesses such as this one!

I was in need of an oil change, and being new to the area, Unilocal came to the rescue! Well, Unilocal and Groupon –I figured since there are so many garages in my immediate area, I’d try and find the best deal. And if it was a horrible experience, at least it was a money saver.
Who knew the best deal AND the best shop were going to be in the same spot. Like any hidden Gem, Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair is down a dusty road and pops up out of nowhere. Surrounded by worn down buildings and freeway dust, I wasn’t sure what I was getting into. But upon entering the office… well, simply put, it’s the nicest shop I’ve ever been in. From the demeanor of the front desk (Anthony was great, super friendly, and easy to communicate with), to the pleasantly decorated and somewhat home-​feeling waiting room, to the restrooms (which are BY FAR the nicest restrooms in any auto repair shop anywhere), I was pleasantly shocked (yeah, not even surprised– straight up shock).
Obviously an oil change is not a great litmus test to determine the mettle of a shop. But with absolutely no upselling, a straightforward bill, a free oil change on your birthday (who does that? so awesome!) and friendly service, this place gets holds A+ in my book.
And to top it off, they also have a community garden across the street that they are sponsoring (it was in development when I was there, but I walked around the fence to check it out– very cool).

I have been buying tires for my Toyota Tacoma here for many years. They have always given me a very good deal with great service. Went in yesterday and had a flat fixed. They fixed it for free and got me back on the road very quickly.
I have always received excellent service from Randy here at Community Tire Pros.
