This company started out as a great company when Javier ran the show. Over a year they service had gone down tremendously. We have been double charged, charged without being asked, both the pool gate and yard gate left open (we have a 2 yr old and 2 dogs). The pool guy changed every week and on the report they left every week said they cleaned the pool for 20 – 30 mins and every week I timed it and they were in and out within 7 mins. We are very disappointed with Complete Pool care and have elected to cancel the service. We gave them so many chances and they did nothing to want to keep our business.

These guys are great. Had a problem with our pool, saw their truck in the neighborhood and called their number. The owner was incredibly responsive and sent a technician out immediately. Technician was very thorough. Office called next day to be sure issue was fully resolved and pool working normally. Great experience.
