Cvs Pharmacy

The only CVS I feel like I could shot entering. Seriously the security is a joke and the patrons that frequent this pharmacy are scary to say the least.

Customer service in the pharmacy absolutely SUCKS!!! They are rude and very unprofessional I will NEVER take my prescriptions to them. I called to have my prescriptions moved from one of their other location to this one. The person I spoke to consistebtly asked the sane questions as if she wasnt paying. Her vocabulary was that of a high school freshmen and didnt sound like she knew what she was doing. She then says I’ll call you as soon as they fax over the info to let you know how long it’ll be to pick them up. Two houra later and no phone call.
I headed there to drop off a née prescription and asked the guy to check if my other prescriptions had been faxed. Sitting in their fax machine with a whole bunch of other papers was my prescriptions!!! I was livid. Then I asked if they can call me when theu are ready and he said no that theu dodnt call people and I would just have to check!
Two hours later I returned to pickup my syuff through the drive thru. I was greeted with, whats the name? No Hi, how are you? Or welcone to CVS! Then she pushed thru a clipboard with a paper on it. Didnt say anything as far as if I needed to sign it or where. So I asked her what I was supposed to do with thay and she replied, uh… sign it! First of all, dont assume that Im a regular here that knows the routine. You should have said, can I please have you sign below the sticker to confirm youve received the medicine?
Bottom line… NEVER going to CVS again! I like Walgreens and their prices and customer service better anyway.
