Trash everywhere inside and outside. Store manager do not care what’s going on. I will never come back and stay out of this area.

If I could leave no stars… I would have. There are gnats flying around the fruit and tomatoes. It smelled like cat litter when we walked in. Not only are the staff rude, but the miserable customers were just as rude. The only nice woman I ran into asked me if they sell wine there. I told her I have no idea and it was our first time there. Even she said it’s the worst Fry’s she’s ever been to. We’re never going back and I suggest you stay away as well. We ended up leaving everything and going to the Fry’s 4 minutes down the road on 24th Street. We had a MUCH better experience there.

I have been going to this Grocery store ever since a little girl with my grandmother and Mother. As a youngster I didn’t know what was going on; but as a young adult and now shopping there personally… there is some things that can be addressed. I feel the need they need to hire more security for outside. I have only seen one and he sits inside and stares everyone down who comes inside. I believe as a security guard you are supposed to be in and out the store making sure its a SAFE environment. There is always bums and people and sometimes even KIDS begging for money or food. As a mother I want to help everyone but sometimes there are people«faking» to get something for free. I do like the prices in the store. I have no problem with that… its just the location and security can be fixed in the near future. I understand its in a poor area of southern phoenix, but we can change that

I like the express lanes they have for those of us that no how to use a touch screen, but these stores always feel really large. The lunch meat slicers are closed by 9pm, not cool. I do like the discounted steaks, but I wish they had more readily available and seperated from the more pricey stuff.

I live right around the corner from this Fry’s but much rather drive to the one on Baseline and 24th St. The cashier here are anything BUT helpful and the lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long. This store should just be shut down or some major customer service needs to be taught. The store looks trashy and small. Certainly does not have the look of a proper Fry’s.

This Fry’s is so awful I would give it negative stars. The only thing that sucks worse than their produce section is their alcohol selection. I think they carry a total of 5 wines that cost more then 8 bucks. It always smells like rotten meat, the parking lot is sketchy and there is a cop guarding at the entrance. What does that tell you? The isles are very narrow and always full of people that are too stoned to make a decision on what type of crappy junk food they want. There are never enough cashiers but be wary of the self checkout. It is always slow because people do not understand YOUARENOTSUPPOSEDTOBEINTHESELFCHECKUTIFYOUHAVE A FULLCART!(Sorry major pet peeve). And for some reason the cashier seems to disappear anytime I need assistance. If you are in need of groceries, drive a few miles down Baseline and hit the one on 24th street. Either that or pack some heat and plug your nose.
