Deservea a zero. Service was good. Room was a disgusting POS. Went with this hotel because it was cheap and will never make that mistake again. Would have been better off sleeping on the streets than in this. Sink faucette was not attached. Bathroom door would not stay closed or lock. Blow dryer didnt work. Ironing bored but no iron. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Air didnt work. No real locks on wondows and screen was cutt.

If I could give zero stars I would. We booked this hotel on and were charged the $ 60. When we arrived they charged us another $ 30 for a deposit and $ 10 for an extra person. The lady at the front was very rude and not helpful at all. When we got to the room our key wouldn’t work. We finally got inside and the comforter had who knows what stuck to it. And there was a eye contact in our shower. We won’t be staying at any days inn ever again.

We booked a reservation through Expedia from 5−6−15 to 5−11−15 and when we checked in we were met by a rude Indian person with a heavy accent wearing a polo shirt, with basketball shorts and sandals(not very professional) who I could barely understand. I requested a non smoking room with a queen sized bed and as soon as I walked into the building and walked up the stairs I was instantly hit hard with a STRONG cigarette smoke smell. I tried to ignore it and proceeded into room 126 and as soon as I walked in I noticed an old tube TV with no remote, the carpet was SEVERELY stained in various areas and even had lumps and bubbles in it. I sat on the bed and it was rock hard and I noticed a spring coming out of the right hand size in addition to a stained mattress. The bathroom was even worse, it was dingy. Nothing was white it was more of a light tan from being stained and not cleaned correctly. The room was so bad I couldn’t even consider staying there through the night. I decided it wasn’t worth my health and went back to the lobby to check out and request a refund. I explained my concerns to the guy at the front desk who replied«okay, so what» he didn’t even care! I explained I wanted a refund and would not return. I began to ask him how long the refund will take and tried to make sure I wouldn’t be charged anything and he told me to «Shut up and let me talk» I got pissed and told him«NOYOUSHUTTHEFUCKUPANDLETMEFINISH» I had lost my temper. Never has anyone in customer service ever spoke to me like that and I was furious. He ended up telling me to call expedia for a refund since he hasn’t charged my card yet. I will NEVER ever do business with them again and urge everyone to STAYAWAYFROMHERE! You will get sick, and most likely attacked by bed bugs! How this place is in business still shocks me! They must get business from the local hookers. If you want a good hotel go to the Ramdada off 83rd ave and Bell rd, that’s where I ended up staying. I paid more but will gladly do it again if needed to prevent an experience like that.
