First I walked in with my toddler daughter and I wore her hello kitty back pack that I use as a diaper bag. The so called security asked me to leave my bag at the front, I told him it is my diaper bag. He told me no its a back pack, so I told the girl who had no authority as I could tell and she said it was fine. Mind you it was a hello kitty bag and I was carrying a toddler.
so I assumed it was a cheaper ross store. my daughter is potty trained so she had to go. I went and asked the girl at the dressing room to use the bathroom, but was rudely told they don’t have public restrooms. I pleaded with her my toddler wont make it to another store but got just a ghetto stance and rude face. I would have smacked that look off her face if it was not for my daughter. I don’t understand how a retail store that big doesn’t have a public restroom. I had a cart full of at least 100
$ worth and a toddler crying to use a restroom. when I asked wheres the nearest one she told me to go across to mcdonalds. so I did exactly that and never went back.

We walked in expecting to do some shopping, but we were met at the door by security telling us we had to leave our drinks (with lids) in the car. What am I? Three? Or does this store just have massive problems with people throwing their drinks on the floor? If I can’t be trusted to not spill my drink they can’t be trusted with my business.

This place has the worst customer service. If I could do negative stars, I would.
The fitting room is kinda crazy, they basically pat you down before and after you try something on.
When I got to the register, I was pretty much ignored. The cashier was talking over me to the door greeter about her bf getting out of jail and the door greeter was talking about spending $ 500 at a casino… while I’m trying to explain I needed separate transactions. Once they stopped with THEIR conversation, I asked her to do the separate transactions once again, she said
«But I’m gonna have to ring the items again»
I looked at her like, Seriously?! ((mind you, there’s only 3 items))
I flat out said, Can you do it then?
To finish out the transactions, I wasn’t given the receipts. I had to ask «are these my receipts?» And she responded, «yeah, go ahead and tear them off»
These girls are rude and definitely aren’t up on their customer service skills.
Definitely won’t be returning to this or any other locations.
