Amazing burger(I ordered the delux and split an order of the minis), amazing fries, and most importantly they have an amazing well gin(Bulldog — I highly recommend a gin & tonic). Their key lime pie was also amazing but I can’t recommend it at the price per portion. This is THE burger place to go.

This is my all time favorite burger place. Very high quality in every aspect of the food. Full bar and great beer menu too. Plus they’re open late.

I have been here three times lately and just don’t love it. They really push the all natural Niman Ranch beef thing, but how about making those burgers taste great?! They basically have two beef burgers to choose from, classic and delux. I had the classic on my previous visit and it was good. Tonight I had the delux and it wasn’t so good. Despite the delicious toppings on the delux it really didn’t have any flavor. I would rather have a burger full of hormones and chemicals that tastes great! Be aware that the delux burger is served on a baguette instead of a hamburger bun, some might find this to be a turn off. Sushi is also available here and it’s pretty good. Yes, this is also a sushi restaurant! It’s sort of split sushi side/burger side but you can order either or both wherever you are seated. They have great cocktails, even martinis. French fries are very good and they serve a large portion. You can’t beat the late night hours at Delux! They are open and serve food until 2:00AM. Great concept, the burgers just need to improve a bit.

This is a tough one for me. Growing up, I came to Delus and its sister sushi restaurant, Zen32 all the time. Then Zen closed and they’ve apparently merged the two with a limited sushi menu at a burger joint. Kind of an incongruous concept, but honestly, there aren’t many sushi choices nearby, so I guess I kind of get it. Went there last week since I was visiting my family, and we wanted burgers. So first the good. Fries are awesome, especially the sweet potato fries. They were hot, crisp, and just as I remembered. Now, the not so good. The sushi. It was convenience store quality. The octopus was tough and rubbery(yes I know it is octopus, but there is a difference between good and old octopus). Yellowtail was fishy. Portions are generous, but we only ate about half of what we ordered. The rest got sent back. Waitress assured us that the fish was fresh. Maybe they just don’t get very high grade fish. She did try to make things right, and gave us 20% off the bill. Burgers were good. Nothing crazy. I had a turkey burger. Dad had grilled veggies, and mom did the chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich had a giant bun with a not so big piece of chicken. Overall, meh

I had been here once before and had a burger with a fun fry«grocery cart» and a beer, which was good, but when one of my attendings brought us back here for sushi, I was incredibly impressed. Who knew that a burger joint would also have the best sushi in Phoenix? We chose several of the happy hour rolls, keeping the selections simple(for example, salmon rolls and spicy tuna, without the usual fancy additives). The rolls contain a large amount of fish and very little rice, really highlighting the flavor of the buttery fish. Delicious. We also had some sashimi which was spectacular. Even better — if you ask for it, the chef will chop up some REAL wasabi. I didn’t even know that the wasabi I ate at other restaurants wasn’t real wasabi, but apparently real wasabi looks like a green salsa and has an incredible taste. Way worth the extra $ 2. Try some warm saki while you’re at it! We’re excited to bring back friends to what is apparently one of the only places in Phoenix where you can get true unadulterated wasabi without the horseradish.

«Embarrassed». I’m little embarrassed to have dine at this establishment at least 10 times and have yet to write a review of this place. So a good buddy of mine met up for lunch, so we ended up choosing Delux, we both have eaten here before and we knew what they brought to the table. This place is a great place for burgers and fries. They are a little higher in price than your average burger joint, but you’ll notice the difference in the taste and the quality of ingredients. I believe they use a better cut of meat than most burger joints and every time I walk away satisfied. They are located off Camelback and 32nd street and are open til 2:00 in the morning. My good friend and I ordered the same thing, The delux burger and each ordered a basket of fries. The fries come in a shopping cart, nicely presented along with couple of dipping sauces.(Ketchup and a Aioli) I requested the burger medium rare and was cooked very nicely and the fries were nice and hot. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere and the service was great. As mentioned its a little more expensive than more burger places, but its worth it. If you are craving for the classic burger and fries, hit this place up, you’ll be glad you did.

The delux burger is a yummy option and the bleu cheese and tasty grass fed meat make a great burger. Top that with some regular fries(I prefer the regular ones over the sweet potato ones) and your tummy will thank you. That was for lunch on my first visit, and because I didn’t have room for dessert, I knew I’d be back for that key lime pie on the menu! For my dinner experience several months later, I was anticipating the key lime pie, so I ordered Miso soup. It was 9 p.m. on Sunday night, and I wasn’t that hungry, but I was with a party that apparently was, as someone ordered those dangerous fries, and not just one cute little shopping cart, but two. My soup arrived with the instructions that it was very hot and to be careful. No worries because the soup wasn’t hot, just the bowl was. Great taste with cubes of tofu too. Unfortunately, those fries together with the late hour made me miss the key lime pie AGAIN. Next time, I am starting with dessert.
