The front office staff is horrible. They want to sit up front and make a paycheck. If you want to be charged hidden fees do not go there. They do not do a contact lens exam even when you come in wearing contacts. They would also not do one free of charge and said it was my fault because I didn’t specially state what I needed. Patients can’t be expected to know everything. I say go somewhere where you’ll be treated with respect and care.
