Dig It Urban Gardens & Nursery

1^st experience in Feb of 2016 was great. 2^nd visit in May of 2016 disappointing due to lackluster service. Bummer as I love to support local, cool businesses.

A perfect urban gardening oasis. I found myself lost in my thoughts of all the possibilities of endless gardening and plants.
I received wonderful customer service from Miss Terry. She was knowledgeable and very patient too. I feel like I can finally conquer succulents now.
I especially enjoyed the two feathery mascots. They were quite entertaining!
I will be back for more green thumb projects in the very near future. Thanks Dig It!

I’m happy to have a nursery near me, especially since Baker’s on 40^th Street closed. This place is small, as I would expect in an urban area, but they still had a good selection and friendly staff.

Fantastic first experience. I don’t know much about plants, but left with some great flowers due to the helpful people working! I have been recommending to all of my friends and I can’t wait to go back to get more!

The best Nursery hands down in Phoenix very knowledgeable prices are reasonable not to mention that I can walk there from my house and makes it really easy so kudos to the owners

Amazing all around. Dig It and the lovely fellas who run this well stocked nursery have created a fun and and welcoming space, equipped with great music and pet parrots. They are community oriented and gracious, and I can’t give them enough credit for the top-​notch customer service and great ambiance. Keep it up!

Fantastic service, fair prices, and a beautiful environment! This is the best nursery in town! Even their branding and ambiance is on point! The knowledgable salesman took his time to describe several different varieties of vine that would work for my application and discussed the best practices for keeping my plants healthy and happy. We actually did a U turn after we drove past this relatively new Urban Nursery.
From the curb you get a sense this isn’t an old school dusty dry average place. As you enter this Urban oasis you can see a strong pride of ownership, This place is organized and tidy! lots of things to look at in every corner.
My garden is pretty established right now so I didn’t by any plants, but I plan to go back. They do have a great selection of heirloom seeds and I did grab a few packs that I already got started, to be ready for spring.
These guys share their macaws that live in the center of the pergola, and there are many cool group boxes and awesome terrariums to look at.
One of the owners, Ryan, took a little time to talk about gardening, plants and soil, and he knows his stuff, I left feeling more informed and enlightened. I sure was impressed with his Pro-​Style.
Wondering if you should stop? I say YES YES YES!!! Fair Prices, Knowledgeable Owners, and a Great selection, in a Very Cool Space.

This place is paradise for anyone who loves unique cactus, succulents, and air plants. The variety of plants they carry is impressive, especially considering the size of the nursery. And the customer service can’t be beat. Everyone there has taken time to talk to us about what we are looking for and answering every random question we have. Their love for the plants is infectious. They also will pot your plants in pots you either already have or buy there — which makes it even easier to bring these beauties home.

Went here for the first time today! Outside has a badass mural and inside had a surprising amount of plans for a new nursery. The two guys that helped me were very nice and helped me look around, a lot of times I’ll go to a local place and the employees will be sassy because you don’t know everything about the products, which is lame, but that was not the case here. Also, its 4 streets away from my house and pretty cheap, high quality plants for a low price I mean. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone who needs some plants!

Asked for innoculant last week, they had it this week! My new go to substitute for Baker’s — and great quality plants at a good price too!

I only have one question. What took you so long to get here?! Dig It Gardens is exactly what this neighborhood needed. The fam and I came to the grand opening and even in their first day this place is simply perfect. This isn’t your ordinary nursery with boring staff. Everyone was extremely organized and friendly. They helped us find just the right plants and pots to help us start our little urban garden. Really lively and energetic energy and cool plants, pots, and supplies throughout the garden. We’ll definitely be making regular weekend visits here as our garden continues to grow.
