I just got off the phone with Tina. Not only is she RUDE, she is obscene and vulgar. She lacks regard for the customer and in return has ZERO customer service.
In my attempt to straighten out my account after being in the hospital, and therefore unable to pay my storage fees, she cut me off, was condescending, a a completely volatile person. She began the conversation in a nice, friendly, and helpful manner until she pulled up my account.
I will let everyone know on social media, Unilocal,etc. to avoid your Phoenix location on Peoria Ave., because Tinamarie ~ Relief Manager, at Dollar Self Storage is a condescending, impolite, and crude.
I will gladly relocate my belongings than to tolerate someone incapable of COMMON people skills and communication.
