Door to Door Storage & Moving

I used a Door to Door storage container to move a family heirloom furniture set from WA to AZ.
From start to finish I was extremely impressed with Door to Door. At first I was skeptical of this moving /​storage company because they weren’t as familiar to me as «PODS» or «UHaul» but after speaking to all the mainstream companies, asking questions, and acquiring quotes, Door to Door was the clear winner. Here’s why:
*I received an instant online quote; no hidden fees and I received a discount when I called
*They were — by far — the most friendly, knowledgeable, polite, helpful customer service reps
*They have the lowest claims (damage) rate even compared to professional moving companies
*As if all of this weren’t enough, they were $ 1,000 — $ 2,000 cheaper than the 3 mainstream competitors!
The experience: the container was dropped off within the delivery time frame in both WA and AZ; both drivers were experts with the forklift, extremely courteous and made sure to place the container precisely (literally — within inches) where I wanted it and verified I was completely satisfied with the container itself and its position.
Additionally, they are absolutely willing to work with you in regards to pick up and drop off; I live in a condo with limited parking here in Scottsdale and they arranged it so the container was dropped off and picked up the same day — within the few hours time frame I requested!
They are in constant communication, too, via phone and email expressing as much of an interest in my belongings’ transportation and delivery as my husband and I… maybe more so!
I HIGHLY recommend Door to Door; if I ever need to transport furniture again, I know who I’ll be calling.
