Dunkin’ Donuts

After a brief (and sad) visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts a few years ago when they opened this donut shop. We found the quality below what you would expect at a Dunkin’ Donuts. This shop is walking distance from my home. Whenever the family is in the mood for a sweet breakfast I end up driving down the street, rather than walk to this Dunkin’s.
Every now and then I stop by to see if they have improved, and yet again February 14^th they have not. I was hoping to get a dozen donuts in the heart shape that they do every year and once again they where small, poorly shaped, and the frosting was just thrown on like a little kid did it.
Highly recommend going to any of the other donut shops in the area. The people are not even that friendly here.

I’m comparing this to all dunkin donuts I’ve been to for 30+ years. Basically, this place feels like quiktrip donuts after 2pm. Barely a selection, and I can go other places to get a better selection after 12pm. When I was 10 (31 years ago) they’d weigh out how many donuts sell in a day and average around that. It seems like this place weighs how close to zero they can get by end of day. Who is going to walk in and pick from 4 trays of donuts at 4pm? Not me. I’ll go elsewhere.

This review is another one of mine that has been a long time coming. I have been to this dunkin donuts 20+ times. The ONLY reason is that it is directly on my way to work and convenient when I have NO time for other options.
First off… the coffee. At this dunkin donuts it is NEVER consistent. I have maybe liked my drink 3 times in total. Depending on who is making it, your drink could taste different every day! Now that is a problem. A lot of the time I go through the drive through and don’t take my first sip until I am already driving away.
Today I ordered a small hot vanilla latte. HOW in the world can you mess that up?!! It was COLD. i’m not exaggerating either. and literally tastes like old foam. I have no idea what they do back there when making drinks but it CANNOTTTT be that hard to teach your employees how to properly make drinks. People can talk all the crap about starbucks they want but at least they are fairly consistent and their coffee is drinkable.
The customer service is also hit or miss. I had a very snobby drive thru gal a few days ago but this morning the gentleman at the window was very nice. I would just steer clear of dunkin for coffee in general.

They never have Strawberry Frosted Doughnuts everytime I go. And that’s the reason why I go!

I grew up with Dunkin Donuts. I love their French Cruellers, which can be hard to find.
I hate to say it though, they just aren’t as good as they used to be. Their donuts aren’t as good as other donut places. Their selection is small and limited. And dare I say, I don’t like their coffee. The only reason I will go to Dunkin Donuts is for a Crueller. Somewhere along the way, they have just become another corporate, cookie cutter business churning out a mass product.

Always so friendly. Coffee is always fresh and delicious. Charles is amazing. I love DD!

What bad thing can you say about Dunkin Donuts. They have a great selection of donuts and pretty good coffee. The young man that helped us the last time we went was friendly and patient why my kids and I decided what we wanted. We enjoyed our visit to this location. My kids especially.

They normally really good donuts but not at this location… not sure what happened… make sure all are fresh!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If they don’t have the donuts we want out, they will go check in the back and some times they have the donuts ready to go. Good selection even late in the day which is usually when we buy our donuts.

Drive-​Thru constantly screws up making me have to get out and have my drink fixed. I get a drink from this location every day and today was the last straw, even the guy working inside said we were his 16^th customer to come in and get their drink fixed in the short time they’ve been open this morning. Back to Starbucks for me, unfortunately, because I really like Dunkin coffee when it’s done right, and it’s not all that hard to NOT constantly forget to add mocha to a mocha…

I absolutely hate this dunkin donuts. I always ask for double chocolate donuts but they never have them, or lemons in my ice tea never have them. Wouldn’t suggest anyone going to this location it sucks.

I am an avid Dunkin’ Donuts coffee drinker. I come to this Dunkin’ very often as it is the closest one to my house.
I’m giving it four stars instead of five because they do often mess up our order. They are supposed to write on your cup what is in it and they rarely do. They often don’t ring it up on the register correctly either, so how are you supposed to know if they made it correctly?
I’m also giving it four stars instead of less because they will remake your coffee if it is wrong. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products as well!
I prefer Dunkin’ over other coffee places because it is very reasonably priced and just as good!!!

The drive thru is always so awkward, I’ve come here twice and each time it’s a hassle. They switch people during the order and make you repeat yourself way too much. I ordered light cream and light sugar. I get to the window and I’m handed an iced drink which looked like cream with light coffee. I hate asking for people to remake drinks but I repeated my drink order 3 times. The employee looked at me like «are you really asking for me to make the drink you ordered». I’m paying for it, so yes. What has happened to customer service?!? Blows me away!
