1. the lady takes my orders, has trouble with putting it in(2 medium nonfat lattes with whip cream, one of the decaf — NOTHARD) 2. never gives me a total, never tells me to pull forward 3. serves me luke warm lattes(one almost missing the whip on the decaf one) 4. I inform her they are luke warm and she takes them back and asks me to pull forward while she remakes them(fair enough) 5. wait 10 minutes 6. go inside and she still is NOT making my lattes 7. Ask for the shift manager, AJ — who is about as lousey at leadership as his sales associate 8. I realize I am OVERCHARGED 9. He UNDERREFUNDS me and then goes on to explain«he’s sure it doesnt usually happen» and DOESNOTAPOLOGIZE 10. all excuses, rushed me out, never asked how to make it right. 11. over all TERRIBLE from beginning to end

4th in line equals 15 minute wait. Another 5 to get coffee after ordering. Slowest service I’ve ever seen in any coffee shop. Just a cup of Joe made me late to work. Shame I had to give it a star.

Dunkin Donuts is by far my favorite coffee. Unfortunately this location is ridiculous. They are very understaffed or they just move very slow. There is always a long wait whether you are in the drive thru or if you go inside. Extremely disappointing and management needs to man up and handle the situation because I am now driving to 19th and Union Hills to get my coffee when I’m right by this location. SUCKS for me but its a lot faster and in this world, time is MONEY.

Worst dunking donuts ever. 6:45AM busy in the drive through but not inside. Only one in line and I am not even being acknowledged by the girl pulling donuts. Shift manager is on the phone, no, acknowledgement. Kid making sandwiches overwhelmed. 5 minutes later, I ask him to get some help for the counter. I’m irritated. Same girl who was ignoring me comes around and just stands there. I offer a good morning and she shrugs. I tell her good manners prompt you to say good morning back. Nothing. I am buying donuts for my team, so I’m not leaving empty handed but I don’t know where there is a closer dunkin donuts. This place is useless. Do not go here. Circle K coffee and donuts are better. $ 15 an hour is not what these people deserve.

The service was a little off but understandable considering I went through the drive thru. However with the drink itself my latte’s milk wasn’t steamed long enough and became room temp very quickly.

Went to another Dunkin location and my coffee was wrong so I stopped into this location to get another coffee because it was on my way to work had no idea that the Dunkin donuts weren’t all affiliated. The manager was nice enough to replace my coffee from the previous Dunkin’ Donuts and not charge me and then they even made sure my coffee was correct before I left. Very nice friendly staff along with the manager I even offered to pay for my coffee several times and they told me that they would take care of it and it wasn’t a problem.

I’ve made the switch from that star coffee place and jumped in head first to dunkin donuts! Drive through is great and I always gear great service and coffee made just right! Super!

Ordered a dark roast coffee with cream and sugar can’t screw that up it was delicious. I also ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich which was not grilled it was microwaved at soft bread that is something that my two-year-old grandchild could’ve made. Very disappointed ordered an apple fritter it was OK I went to the drive through the service was amazing the gentleman helped me with my app and how to apply points I certainly appreciated that.

Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my job. I truly believe the never have enough staff members on shift. The issue is not that they have long lines because I have not seen more than 5 people at a time. The fact that they have one cashier and that same cashier makes your orders. Just one person before you, you are not out until maybe 10 or 15 mins. I know well enough that they can definitely use more employees especially during rush hours. I have tried going at different times of the day and it still is no better. I really wish they would have more than one employee working the front & the orders PLEASE.

Came into this location on 7⁄29 at 950 am on my break really in the mood for coffee. I was greeted by a employee that seemed to hate his job or life couldn’t tell. I asked what their most popular coffee was and was told all of them, with sarcasm then I agreed to a particular coffee come to find out the machine was broken. No biggie I thought. The guy imeditaly came to the register and handed my money back without offering«is there something else you might like». So then I asked well can I get a iced coffee instead and was told verbatim«it’s gross«by the employee! I told the guy I’ve had plenty of iced coffees here and always enjoyed them. He replied ok il help you he then poured a ton of milk into the cups I’m talking about 90% of the cup with milk and then a dash of coffee. So the drink was not chip ahoy nor sweetend like I had asked and that took 15 minutes… I was ready to leave and asked how much and was told don’t worry about it. So I smiled and said thanks but then tried the drink when I got to work and was disgusted no wonder he didn’t charge me. Neither my friend or I drank the coffees if I wanted milk I would go to the store and buy it. Needless to say I will no longer come here for anything it was a waste of of time and that employee lacked any sort of customer service skills let alone social skills and really seemed to hate his job, I would be mortified to have an employee like that work for me. And for the record I rather drink a gallon of the putrid coffee we have at my work at least it wouldn’t come with a shity attitude.

My reviews are usually based on good experiences as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. One bad experience does not mean it is always that way so I avoid complaining. This location is the exception. I’ve had multiple negative experiences and probably won’t return even though it is the closest to my work and I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks. I don’t buy food or donuts, only coffee. It is a very busy location so I am not complaining about waits when it is busy during morning rush, but I have sometimes come during my lunch hour at 2pm just for a coffee and going into the lobby when it is slow calls for a longer wait time than a busy morning in the drive thru and lobby. Three times I’ve waited over five minutes for someone to come to the counter for even an acknowledgment, and once I just left because I had to return to work. Each time no apologies for the wait, but I just ordered and went about. Another time, in the drive thru in the morning, all service was stopped because the manager was screaming at the employees. I only know this because I happened to be at the window and could see and hear her. I felt bad for the cashier because she was very apologetic, but then managed to scream out«This is billshit» before at least waiting for me to drive off or let the drive thru window close. I don’t even want to know how loud it was inside the lobby from the yelling. The afternoon manager/supervisor is unfriendly and rude. Once he was arguing with a person disputing a gift card, right in the lobby. I hate small talk but he doesn’t say a word except the cost of your order. Another time he came around the lobby and got very friendly with a girl, I’m assuming his girlfriend, while I discovered my drink wasn’t even what I ordered but drank it anyway. I hate wasting and sending food/drinks back. I don’t expect a lot from a chain coffee shop for a dollar and change coffee, and all the other locations I’ve been too have been fine. This one is the only place where I’ve had consistent errors in my orders and staff that is rude or really show that they dislike their job toward the customers. It’s sad more than anything.

Complete waste of my time all I wanted was a maple doughnut, waited behind 4 people in line patiently with one cashier to find out they don’t have any. No doughnuts, no maple bars. Nothing. Furthermore, the cashier said«yeah, we are always out of those on the weekends. Sorry». Sorry, but you’re a doughnut shop. figure it out.

I just tried the sugar cookie latte today. Its a special flavor available during the christmas season. Yum! I really liked it. Excited to try the other seasonal flavor as well(Snickerdoodle). The service was fast, friendly, and it was a great experience.

To be honest… Coffee, ehhh Customer service, ehhh. Not a remarkable experience. Nothing stood out therefore nothing makes me want to return or choose this place over Starbucks or even McDonald’s coffee. I guess it’s one of those, «well at least I tried it» places.

Great service. When they have new people, it takes them a few times to get the order right. But once they do, they remember, so that is really good. Most of them are very friendly here. I go there often. In addition to those I mentioned before, MJ, Reese, Lauren, January, and one team lead I don’t know her name all provide very good service. Thanks all!

We were in the area and both of us were hungry, but not ready for a full on, sit-down meal. Thus, as we passed this location, we decided to make a u-turn and get a couple doughnuts to hold us over until it was time for a more substantial meal. Parking was easy enough and the lot is laid out well for the regular in and out traffic this place sees. The line was pretty long, but it was a weekend and 10:30 a.m. so not overly surprising. Once we got to the front of the line, we waited for one of the cashiers to stop talking about the customer that had just ordered and walked away long enough for us to place our order. Didn’t love that, but he wasn’t really being mean about the customer, just more talking about his reaction to the coffee he ordered, but I didn’t enjoy the open discussion about customers right in front of other customers and making us wait to order while you do it. We were going to order two doughnuts a piece and told them our two choices each and ended up having to repeat ourselves since the cashier and the person boxing the doughnuts were different people and they didn’t communicate what we ordered. The cashier did, however, let us know that ordering a half dozen was about the same price as four individual doughnuts, so we opted to do this instead. With our box in hand we went to find a seat to eat. The doughnuts themselves were very tasty and the usual yumminess you expect from this chain. The tables themselves definitely needed some attention, but the never ending line that persisted while we were there gives them some leeway on cleaning tables efficiently. Overall: B– Standard goodness of doughnuts you expect from this chain, not such amazing services and only semi-clean location. Not the best ever, not the worst ever!
