I am very displeased with the recent service I’ve received over the past couple Saturday’s. Last week I waited in the drive-​thru for 5 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order. I walked in and the employees did not have their headsets turned on. Then today, the employee working was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be going here anymore!

Dark Roast machine always broken. Drinks are never right. I gave them local dog treats from my shop to give out instead of milk bones. Then they tell me the next day they don’t have dog treats. We always get a mocha iced and a XL dark roast. Also the new girl has to at least smile more. With her rotten attitude. Peace out dunkin. Corporate will know soon. This isn’t a one time thing. Every time, so no more of my money

Third and final time coming here. Very poorly managed location. Always lines out the door and in drive-​thru because they cannot manage the flow of customers. Employees are nice but don’t seem to be trained or know their stations. One employee on register who has to leave, walk away, make drinks and serve them while numerous other employees bump into one another behind the counter seemingly doing too many things at once. This location needs a visit from corporate.

In the neighborhood, so though I’d give it a try. Alz had a «valley-​wide» coupon for a free coffee. Ordered my donuts and asked for my coffee with the coupon. Despite the «valley-​wide» designation on the coupon, they wouldn’t take it saying they’re a different franchise. WAKE UP!!! The two other coffee shops on this corner were packed and I was the only one in Duncan Donuts… now I know why. Glad the franchise owner has enough money to chase customers away.

First of all I’m obsessed with dunkin and their coffee and anybody that says different is out of their mind. But this dunkin also has Paris!!! She always double checks my order and she knows exactly what I get, also she’s so sweet and so funny!!! Give that girl a raise!

So my boyfriend and I drove to this location after the one by our house was out of everything… Literally. This location sucks just as much!!! Dunkin should just close down all there locations. The girl in the drive thru was the rudest person ever with an attitude about everything. My bf ordered 6 hash browns to which her response was «6 hash browns, oh my god are you serious». She then made us pull forward and wait and still forgot the bagels we ordered, had an even bigger attitude about having to walk back inside to get them. Dunkin really needs to teach there employees about good customer service. Also it’d be nice if you always weren’t out of EVERYTHING!!!

On vacation from LA this Dunkin Donuts was close by our hotel. I was excited to finally try Dunkin Donuts! The donuts were just ok. I have had much better.

By far the worst half a cup of coffee I’ve ever tasted!
First of all, fill the cup to the top when you charge this much for coffee, secondly, make fresh coffee!
Redeeming factor was Leroy the manager who offered a redo or free coffee next time I return. Although a free cup next time is a kind offer, idk if I want a next time after this time. :/

I’m only writing this review because i tried with this place 3 different times.
Coffee Coolatta Experience
The first time i went there was to ordered the Coffee Coolatta. my girlfriend and i had to go around the drive threw 3 times before i gave up!!! The coffee was all watery all 3 times and they claimed the machine might be broken. i just said whatever and drove off.
The second time was a 2 weeks later and the same problem.
The third and last time was last week, where my little brother, girlfriend and I got the Coolatta and again. a fail for us all.
started going to the Starbucks across the street!
