This was not worth the money spent. I arranged a work delivery and specified that it was for a business (typical business hours are 9am to 5pm. I monitored the tracking throughout the day; it showed «out for delivery» as of 9:30am. As it was getting close to the end of the day, I started worrying, so I called the location at 4:50pm to see if there was an issue. I was told that it was in the truck still and en route. it was finally delivered at 4:55pm; 5 minutes before close of business.
Save your money and find another way to treat someone for a special occasion. This was a waste of money and time.

This franchisee is horrible. We missed a delivery twice on Christmas Eve Day but they never bothered to call our cell phone to coordinate a delivery time. My daughter paid extra to make sure it was delivered before Christmas. My wife just called them to get it redelivered today the 26th and the woman who answered the phone actually hung up on her. I heard the conversation and my wife was very pleasant and was just inquiring about when the delivery would be made. This kind of customer service is inexcusable! Plenty of other great businesses to give our money too. Don’t give it to them…

I am not impressed at all. I placed an order a week in advance and specifically stated that the delivery was to a school. They didn’t even start preparing the order until The afternoon and didn’t send it out for delivery until 2:30. School gets out at 2:45. I called the store twice to make sure my order would be good to go and they were less than helpful. If I decide to ever order one again I will get it through a different location. When spending that kind of money I expect better customer service.

Been here a few times today was my first order that I placed. It’s defiantly on the pricey side but makes such a better gift than flowers in my opinion :) the customer service is great Debbi went above and beyond for me I called in on Saturday to inquire on placing an order for Sunday which I found out they are closed she had mentioned she was going in anyhow and called the boss to see if she could make arrangement for me anyhow and got the go ahead. I totally could have waited till Monday but her customer service exceeded my expectations. I picked it up and it looked delicious and took over to my moms house she absolutely loved it made her day & tasted delicious. Will be back again soon.
