This location is right next to my work and is incredibly convenient.
I have been a member of this bank for 6+ years after converting from Satan’s Lair (BofA). They are incredible as a banking establishment. I have been VERY happy with this company as a whole. Unfortunately my boyfriend handles the finances so I do not have the specifics on his experience (look for Seann C.) but we have adored them and they have gotten to know us personally at the Tempe location.
They’re knowledgeable, nice and do not take me for all that I have (low standards from my abuse at BofA). I am loyal and will stay until I potentially move from the state. :)

I am sorry Kristy S had a bad experience and people were not sensitive. That’s a lesson learned for all of us.
I’ve banked with First Credit Union since 1988. Share deposits, checking, mortgage, business account advice. Things have been good and service excellent. At this branch the shaded parking is fantastic, the outdoor full service driveup window a plus.

My father died and I needed to transfer his IRA and I spent an hour trying to work out what to do. The woman I talked to spent 45 minutes on the phone with me sitting at her desk while she ignored me. I spoke to three people and the only one who said they were sorry for my loss was the manager who dropped by for 5 minutes to see why I was so upset. All-​in-​all, I hope none of you have to work with these people while you’re in greif.
